Four Delightful Hawaii-Style Vacation Homes wihin a two acre tropical garden oasis, yet only 7 and 15 minutes to stores, and 30 minutes to Volcano Park and Hilo, and short distances to major sites of interest and for exploration.
Rent one to four units. We have entertained many family reunions and groups, and can accommodate up to 22 people.
Hale PaMa is a 2 bedroom, one bath hale; 'Ohana with bedroom and den; Ki'ele one bedroom; our Aloha studio is great for those on a budget, yet still want to be comfortable.

Left on 11/22/2010 for a stay in July 2010
Beaches, 5 minutes away by car is a complete lie. We had to drive 4 hours to get to a safe and decent swimming/snorkelling beach
We told management exactly what we wanted and this accomodation was not at all suited
It is completely the wrong side of the island.
weather was terrible
owner said lava flows can be seen up close this is also a lie
fortunately we had a medical reason to leave this accomodation early but were considering leaving in the first week as we were so bitterly disappointed
after leaving the owner the audacity to send emails weeks later telling us the weather was better (absolutely not true as it is the leeward side of the island) and that there were lava flows
all the friendly locals we met in town (half and hour drive away) said the weather is never good on that side of the island
absolutely disgusted
partial refund also took a very long time to process, over a month
if you are looking for a typical hawaii vacation with nice beaches etc... Absolutely do not stay here.
The other side of the island (Kona) is where you should stay and we should have been advised of this
