This Hawaiian style home new to vacation rentals situated on a 1/2 acre of fully landscaped yard, with a patio/deck and pool. Enjoy the unique experience of traditional Hawaiian style architecture that replaces glass windows with screens and walls with views. Enjoy the open air that drifts through the house, the calming noises of the crashing waves, birds chirping and peacefulness of the Bay. Walk down the steps to the pool and light the Tiki torches, enjoying your cocktails, pupu (appetizers) or dinner next to the pool while watching the sunset.

It is a short walking distance to where you can kayak over to Captain Cook's monument to swim or Snorkel during the day (The monument has been rated one of the top snorkeling spots in Hawaii). This was the perfect location for a vacation for our family of 8. We were amazed and delighted when we arrived with everything about the house and gardens. We loved the openness and comfort of the living area and upstairs lounge. The pool and gardens provided privacy and opportunity for us to be together. We enjoyed the kayaking and snorkeling that was available nearby. It was a very memorable week!

We are just finishing one week at the Pagoda House, and are wracking our brains trying to figure out how to stay here forever! Bill and Jennifer have created a true island paradise here; your days can be as full or as relaxed as you choose, and you never feel like there is a reason to leave the home. Snorkeling in the clear waters of the bay is literally a 2minute walk; on our first day here my children spotted an eagle ray within minutes of climbing in. The pool is a wonderful place to relaxand read, and to cool off after a nap in the sun. Words and pictures cannot do justice to this very special home. Thank you, Bill and Jennifer, for allowing us to experience the charm of Old Hawaii.
