Welcome to this popular vacation spot on beautiful Sand Lake, North Muskoka Region of Ontario, Canada. West exposure provides all-day sun and glorious sunsets. Great for swimming, fishing, canoeing, or boating (bring your own or rent one from a nearby marina. Only a 2.5-hour drive from Toronto. 30 minutes north of Huntsville, where you will find everything a big city will have.
This lovely cozy three-bedroom lakefront rental sits on the upper level of the property with its private entrance. There is a fully equipped kitchen, standard bathroom, living room with ample sitting area and a water cooler, dining table, Outside of the entrance, you will find a chef's BBQ (propane included), landscaped garden, cozy fire pit, expansive dock area to store all the water toys. Complimentary use of canoe and kayak,a swimming ladder.
Unlimited High-Speed reliable Internet for you to “work from vacation home” or just keep you connected to the outside world while vacationing in paradise. There is Bell satellite TV with channels from news, your favorite sports or shows. You can bring movies/CDs to play on a DVD player. there will be an Apple TV to watch Netflix, Prime Video, and listen to music. Do whatever your heart desires, or just sit by the dock watching the breathtaking sunset.
We have served travelers around the world since 2014, and are well-received and popular by families, or couples seeking intimacy, tranquility, and privacy at a very reasonable price range. “A perfect place for vacation.”
We found at this place everything you need for a cottage vacation. Quiet, clean and maybe even better than what is advertised. You can have a morning coffee at the balcony facing the lake or at the dock by the water. We went for a walk every morning. The neighbourhood and the people around were excellent. We used kayak and canoe every day down to the river. The sunset was beautiful. Best of all was the owner, Susan. She was very easy to communicate. We’re thankful to her for giving us the chance to enjoy this place.
