The accommodations are clean, bright, airy and comfortable. Nice area for walking with a quaint, rustic harbor nearby. Easy access by car to Kona for beaches, restaurants and shopping. A most enjoyable stay!

The condo here in Keauhou area of Kona is the epitome of relaxation. First off, working with the owner was easy. He is very good with timely communication. The wonderfully cool ground floor unit breathes of fresh island air. The living room opens up to a spacious lanai that opens up to green grass and offers a lovely ocean view. We found the kitchen fully equipped to accommodate our needs. The furniture enhances the living room with a Hawaiian theme of rattan. The large screen TV provided us great viewing from just about everywhere. We loved to use the BBQ on the lanai to prepare our dinners and then have a relaxing dinner watching the sunset. The lanai is also a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast after a good 2 - 3 mile morning walk/run. I loved the lanai, all day long.
The master bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable bed that you melt into. During our stay in February, the sliding glass doors were always open to take in the views of the ocean from this room. The master bath is private and beautifully appointed. The condo's second bathroom allows for someone to use the sink area while someone else showers in the back half. This is very handy for 2 couples staying in the unit. The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a desk for all our portable devises. Ceiling fans in every room enhanced airflow.
I loved the easy access to the walking routes, the harbor, and the major roads. Also, getting out on the golf course was a piece of cake, 5 minutes. This end of the Kona area is quiet and relaxing and the perfect place to unwind. Staying here met my needs for a real vacation, relaxing!

This condo is clean, stocked with all the basic amenities and located in a quiet development not far from downtown. We felt safe and secure where the condo is located. Wonderful walking areas surround the development and there is a clean and secure pool area. This condo is located close to major stores (Safeway, K-Mart, Costco), about 10 minutes from the ocean front downtown restaurants and snorkeling beach. Barbecue available and fully stocked kitchen if you choose to eat in.

This is the one of the nicest and cleanest condos I have every stayed at in Hawaii. All new furniture and tile flooring makes you feel like your staying at one of the nicer hotels. Its walking distance to Keauhou Bay were you can catch the Fair Winds down to Kealakekua Bay for a beautiful sight seeing adventure and some of the best snorkeling on the island. Shopping for groceries are just minutes away as well at a new movie theater all at the Keauhou Shopping Center. I need not to look anywhere ells the next time I go on vacation to the Big Island.
