Keauhou Resort is a lovely complex located in Keauhou just below the Keauhou Shopping Center in Kailua Kona. This complex is adjacent to the Keauhou Country Club and is a quiet getaway while still being close to the attractions here in Kona. This one bedroom, one bath condo is perfect for the couple looking for a quiet vacation or a comfortable condo to come home to while on your vacation. This condo offers a full kitchen, washer & dryer, spacious lanai with electric barbecue and comfortable furnishings. This Complex offers two salt-water pools and lovely landscaped grounds.

I can't praise Elite Property Management highly enough. We got a warning call from them first the night of the tsunami. Until then, we hadn't turned on the TV so we didn't even know about the Earthquake in Japan so we're grateful for the warning. Otherwise, we would have been shocked by evacuation warning horns and not known what was happening. Elite were fantastic throughout, from renting to departing, very accommodating. The apartment itself is charming, very well done, decorated beautifully, very comfortable. My only complaint is that they start mowing the golf course at 6:15 every single day. If not 6:15, then it's 7:15 and that woke us up daily. In the winter the fans were more than adequate to cool it off. Summer would be another story, however. If you don't see any cookware when you enter, check the dishwasher. After we went out and bought cookware, we discovered the dishwasher was full of cookware, but unloaded from the last cleaning. Who would look in the dishwasher for pots and pans? Loved the apartment. Loved Elite Property Management. Good people.

Very nice property. Clean. A couple of things needed fixing, and the repair man was there the next day. We loved sitting on the deck, looking at the various trees and shrubs, and watching the great bird life all around. Place was well furnished with tasteful furniture, and well stocked with bedding, linens etc. Tv had lots of channels. The only negative was that the nearby golfcourse is mowed at 6:30 am most mornings.
