Description
This detached wooden cabin is situated close to Haworth and sleeps six people in three bedrooms.The Old Piggery is a detached wooden cabin situated on the owner's smallholding, close to Haworth. This single-storey cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms consisting of two doubles with en-suites and a bunk room, as well as a shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside, there's a balcony with furniture, a patio with a hot tub, and off road parking for two cars. The Old Piggery is an excellent base for many places in the local area, as well as those further afield, such as York and Harrogate.
Amenities: Air source underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, Nintendo Wii, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books and games. Cot and highchair available. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Balcony with furniture. Hot tub on patio ( use between 9am to 11pm) Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 1 mile. Note: Only certain devices able to pick up WiFi, so cannot be guaranteed. Please note that this property is down an un adopted road. Note: This property has a £200 Good House Keeping Bond. No stag/hen or same *** parties. No groups of under 21's
