The Fischer Cottage is adjacent to the main house and was built in the 1930's with old Hawaii charm. The ocean front cottage boasts all the modern conveniences and sweeping ocean and Ni`ihau views. It has two bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and features a separate sun room/sitting area and a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. Ceiling fans are located in just about every room and there is a DVD player, cable television, a gas grill, a separate laundry room and all linens and towels including beach towels are included.

Deposit Requirements
'There is a four (4) night minimum stay and monthly rates are available. A $200 deposit per week of your stay is required to confirm your reservation. Balance of rental fee plus tax and cleaning is due 30 days prior to reservation date.
Hawaii Excise & Accommodations Tax
All rates are subject to a Hawaii Excise and Accommodations Tax which total 12.25%. (4% Hawaii Excise Tax and 8.25% Hawaii transient accommodations tax).
Cancellation Policy
A refund will be given for cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the reservation date, less our $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made later than that will receive refunds if we are able to re-book the accommodation.

The location was great,quite,on the water, not alot of people & no condos or apartments around, it was exactly what we were looking for. the kitchen was spacious with a bar to eat breakfast at and a nice size dinning room for entertainig. if you cook it's perfect. The master bedroom had a window you could see the water every morning when you woke up. In fact the entire water side of the house had windows.The wi-fi was in and out but in town you can get it.On the last day we ran out of propane just as we were finishing breakfast, but that was fine we wanted to try a nice Itailian resturant by the airport anyway for dinner. The caretakers were allways available by phone if needed. Over all our exsperence was a great one and we would stay there again. Aloha

My family stayed at the Fisher Cottage House and Cottage over Christmas (we stayed at the Fisher Cottage. My sister did a good job of summing up the + and - above. The one thing that really bugged me was the grill was not cleaned and the propane tanks were near empty. Great location but the property mgt (owner) could have done a better job for the amount being charged.
