Although panoramic scenery can be viewed from most rooms, our guests also delight in relaxing on the spacious 180-degree view deck, or by the fireplace in the comfortable guest lounge which is furnished in a harmonious blend of fine antiques and quality contemporary furniture..., and offers a warm and friendly atmosphere of casual sophistication.

  This was our first stay at a B&B; and we were very impressed with the way Mike and ann made us feel immediately at ease in their home.
  
  The rooms (we stayed in 2) were well appointed. Each room had an ensuite, the beds were comfortable and we lacked for nothing.
  
  The location couldn't have been better. We were only minutes away from excellent restaurants at the Wineries, Quails Gate and Mission Hill. Both of these wineries are a must see if you enjoy the grape. There are tours that you can take (we did the 2 hour tour at Quails Gate and loved it) that tell the history of each and of course there are wine tastings that let you sample many of their great wines. If shopping is in your plans, 15 minutes by car gets you to downtown Kelowna.
  
  There's a art/crafters/vendor/market at the Orchard Park Mall every Saturday where locals offer their goods/wares/fresh fruit/baking/preserves/woodworking/metal art/crafts...etc.
  
  The weather was great (mid to high 30's) the entire time we were there. We golfed, and we drove over to Naramata and toured wineries and then drove up to Chute Lake Lodge where we were allowed to poke around in old buildings filled with antiques and collectables. The drive to and from Chute Lake Lodge is a bit dusty and rugged. The roads are too rough for cars. A CUV is suggested. The lodge would be a perfect location to film a thriller type of movie. We still talk about it to our friends.
  
  We also visited the communities of Summerland and Peachland which were about a 20-30 minute drive south. There were antiques shops, and wineries to tour and we found lots to look at, and there's always ice cream available to beat the heat.
  
  We were made to feel at home. We really enjoyed the conversations relating the days events/adventures as told by the guests staying that evening. What a perfect way to end the day as we sat out on the balcony overlooking the hills and lake as the lights of the boats and homes.

  For all that Kelowna and surrounding area have to offer, the best part of our stay was our accomadations and the hospitality shown us at the Lakeview Heights B & B. Mike and anne went out of their way to make sure we had not only a clean and comfortable room but that we had proper directions and tips for our days activites. Each day began with an extremely tasty and filling breakfast. Upon returning later that night we walked into a clean and spotless room. They give great professional service with a personal touch. They make you feel comfortable and at home. We will definitly book our stay here again.
