*Holiday Restrictions: Statutory Holidays in May, July, August, September and December are subject to a minimum stay of 7 nights.
*Minimum Stay: Minimum stay on weekends (Friday to Sunday) from May through September is 3 nights. No minimum stay for mid-week vacancies. Other conditions may apply.
LEASE AVAILABLE starting September 1st. Monthly rate is $1400/month. Cablevision, internet, and utilities included. Please call for details. Monthly rates are for long-term (min 5 month) rentals.
Housekeeping fee: $100.00 if booking less than 6 days (our "rock-bottom" specials excluded). 12% HST (sales tax) applies to all sales, except to long-term leases. Currency is in Canadian Dollars.
Rental Agreement and 50% rental payment required to reserve an unit. Full payment due 30 days before arrival.

We stayed at Playa Del Sol for a month. Blaine's unit was fully equipped, modern updated furniture, complete with everything you need away from home e.g. washer/dryer, internet,
pool, sauna, fitness room, hot tub. Secure access with underground parking and good security. Blaine provided excellent instructions, information for arrival and checkout. He's very open and responsive to suggestions and great customer response. We would stay again. The amenities are wonderful, the location is great and dealing with Blaine was excellent. He ensured everything was taken care of and I had all the information I needed.
