Located just above the bridge in the quiet neighborhood of Lakeview Heights. 5 to 7 mins drive to the beach, marina and downtown Kelowna. Close to world reknown wineries, Mission Hill, Quails Gate and Mount Boucherie. The tennis club is walking distance and a short drive to the hockey rinks, golf and fine dining. Close to attractions such as paint ball and go karts etc. Walking distance to public transit. Close to everything without being in the middle of it all!

Rates are for 4 guests. RATES INCLUDE ALL FEES & TAXES. Additional guests are $10.00 per person , per day to a max of 8 guests. Guests must be over the age of 25 unless they are part of a family group etc. No groups of students or sports teams allowed. Home is most suitable for quiet adult getaways, families with "well supervised children", or professional work groups over 25 years of age. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. INSURED AS A COMPLETELY NON-SMOKING RESIDENCE. The lower level is occupied by a permanent tenant, please be considerate.

With the exception of some local work closing the one access (the other access actually turned out to be better!), the house was great. We stayed for 10 days, and having a/c was the key as temps were 32-37 C. House is quiet at night, had laundry machines, and enough space no one felt crowded. Owners were great to deal with and prompt in service.
Expectations were clearly laid out and we'll be back next time we head to Kelowna. Beaches are 5 min away as is downtown.Response from Charmaine Gautreau - 08/16/2012

Our family of adults and small children found ValleyViewVista a great location for our annual holiday together. There was plenty of space and the house was very well equiped and maintained. The only downside was having to cross the bridge to get to the beach every day as there was construction. This should be finished by next summer.

This was our first time renting this house and it was very clean and close to all the amenities we were looking for. The beaches were close and it truly was a fantastic stay. Our family enjoyed it!!

We had a fantastic stay. Very roomy, loads of sleeping space. Beautifully decorated, clean, well stocked with all the ammenities. Fabulous views. Close to tennis courts, Okanagan Lake and shops. I would highly reccomend this home as a vacation rental. We will definitely be back.

This is the way to go. The house was beautiful. The place was spotless. Just like being at home.
We where in Kelowna for a wedding and this home was perfect. Charmaine and her people could not have been more accommodating and helpful.
We will not consider going anywhere else the next time we are in Kelowna.
