Rental fees
- Cleaning fee - $97 / stay - Fee - Cleaning fee for end of stay is $60 for 4 nights and under $100/week. This is payable at time of booking. Additional cleaning during stay needs to be arranged with owner prior to stay at an additional charge
- Additional Guests - $34 / person - Per-Person Adjustment - Includes additional guest and Bed/Playpen/Linens
- Rates are based on 4 people - $34 / stay - Per-Person Adjustment - Rates are based on 4 occupants, Additional guests are charged $35/nigth ($25 + $10/night cot/playpen rental
- Pet Charge - $48 / week - Security Deposit - Pets are allowed between (10 - 20 pnds). Must be litter trained and kept in kennels in loft. Charge is @$25 per pet/stay ($50 per week/pet). An additional retuenabe deposit of $100 must be added to booking.

This is a very family-oriented, private, clean, modern, well-decorated and cosy hide-away in a well-situated and convenient residential neighborhood of West Bank, BC. I am a season business traveller who has become very weary of chain-owned motel/hotel rooms and services. I would stay here again and highly recommend it. It felt like home!

Our stay was a delight, the location is perfect, only a few blocks from shopping and of course more shopping. The rooms are warm, welcoming and most of all very comfortable.
Ria is the most amazing host, if you have not spent a weekend in her cozy warm loft, try it you will love every little inch of her inviting Loft
