Reservations will not be confirmed until a deposit payment has been received. There is a "damage deposit" requirement and a "cleaning fee" is applicable. Lower level is open to the back garden, with lounges and chairs on the Covered Garden Patio; valley views from the Living room and Upper Covered Patio; great sunset viewing; We respect that some people may have allergies to various pets; so although we love our pets, we must decline pet stays.

We built this home for retirement ; we love the area at Black Mountain, it is a very friendly family community.We actually do live on a different golf course in Kelowna. It's tempting to live in this lovely house ourselves.

The Home is incredibly spacious, modern, open concept. With a large covered Patio, which has lovely valley views, and you can enjoy the sunsets in the evening from the Patio. An impressive front entry hall, leads you into a spacious Great room; there is a private den where you can have a quiet conversation, or conduct business online via our free wireless or cable internet hookup. 4 queen beds ensures your comfort, with silk duvets, all brand new; a fully equipped kitchen for you to cook your own meals, or BBQ on the patio. The master suite is beautifully appointed with Steam shower, Soaker tub, and large walk in closet. Beautifully furnished as is the rest of the house. A comfortable recreation/TV room on the lower level, with covered patio, and comfortable loungers for a sun lover to use. Close to all recreational amenities; golf, fishing, beaches, walks; Take in the historic Kettle Valley Railroad walking and cycling trail; Mission Creek Kokanee Salmon Run; The Myra Canyon Trail; Mission Creek Eco Centre and walking trails; and don't forget the Falkland Rodeo, one of the oldest Rodeos in Canada. Over 100 Wineries for the wine lover to visit.
