Description from the owner

The Teacup Cottage is a luxury self catering holiday cottage combining all modern comforts in a warm classical interior. It is the ideal base to discover "Kent, the Garden of England".

The Teacup cottage has 4 bedrooms and is located in Goodnestone, village of natural beauty, just a few streets big, but as a typical rural English village should be. In this pittoresque town, you'll find everything a country village needs: church, pub and post office.

Here, you'll find restbesides a network of walking trails, the famous "public footpaths", Goodnestone Park and within only 15 km you become immersed in the rich history of Canterbury.

      Perfect!

Left on 12/23/2011 for a stay in December 2011

The house was one of the best we have stayed in. Comfy and warm, making us feel very welcome. Welcome pack was great and made us feel special. It was all the little extras that made Teacup Cottage so nice. It was a good base for us to travel into Canterbury as it's only 20 mins away by car. Nice little village but it's a shame the shop has closed. Church worth a visit. Excellent mattress on all the beds meant we all sleep well. Hope to come back again in the future.

My mother, Valerie and I had a really lovely time. Everything was so handy and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The surrounding area was beautiful and we found the location very quiet. The coffee was particularly enjoyed and we wish to thank you for the welcome we received with the food hamper and bottle of Cava.

      Perfect base for seeing Kent

Left on 08/10/2011 for a stay in August 2011

Very comfortable cosy cottage, perfectly located for many places to vist and see in Kent. The local Spa was an absolutely wonderful treat. One downside is having to call Belgium if you have any problems with the cottage - it cost us £4 calling from a pay as you go contract phone for a 90 seconds call.

Relaxing and comfortable stay in Goodnestone

Left on 07/12/2011 for a stay in June 2011

We had a relaxing and comfortable stay at Teacup cottage. The cottage has every facility that is required for a relaxing holiday. Teacup cottage is comfortable and the owners has managed to create a consistent, romatic british style in the cottage, with a quiet color scheme. We stayed for 14 days and we enjoyed every day. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed sunny and rainfree days. Canterbury is a lovely town nearby for sightseeing, walking, shopping and eating. Further, lovely beaches were only 15 minutes drive away at Ramsgate.
