The villa is situated in Kerobokan close to Seminyak, Legian, Kuta and Denpasar where you can find many shops and restaurants, as well as local markets such as the pasar Badung (fruits, vegetables, households, traditional clothes and equipments) and the pasar Kumbasari (all kinds of handicraft). There are some supermarkets within walking distance of the villa, where you can find the basic needs. There is a fresh bakery within walking distance with delicious fresh bread, homemade marmelades, cakes and other treats. Several spa's can be found within walking distance, in villa treatment is possible as well.
Approximately 45 minutes from the airport and a 15 minute drive to the beach.

We had a great time at Sandra's house. It was comfortable, nice services, and she is a really nice host. She helped us rent a scooter, drove us around. She is also a good driver, speaks the Indonesian language and is a good guide.
Every day fresh bread from casa d'angelo. Good spa 5 min away!! We were spoiled!!
Thank you very much for the hospitality...

Villa Impian is a beautiful house that will replace your home in Bali, Indonesia! As soon as you arrive you'll be taken away by the stunning and well kept garden, a living room that feels like home with comfortable couches and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms in the garden welcome you with fresh scented sheets and pillows, and the bathrooms are both so so stunning with Balinese decorations and tropical plants clad Buddha statues. All bedrooms are equipped with a remote controllable air conditioner for comfort.
All in all, my stay there was very comfortable, and it definitely felt like a new home in the tropics! I'd definitely recommend it to those looking for a relaxed, romantic or familial vacation/get-away in Bali. -

We stayed with Sandra in her villa for an extended weekend with friends. From the first time I contacted her via email, the communication was smooth and she replied to me immediately being very patient with all the questions I had before our trip to Bali.
Once we arrived in Bali, she picked us up from the airport and drove us back to the villa, explaining us the neighbourhood on the way there, showing us the good local warungs nearby. Very helpful and very yummy also!
Now, the villa itself is absolutely gorgeous! It is located away from the hussle and bussle of Seminyak & Kuta, but near enough to reach there in 10 minutes by taxi. Or Sandra is more than happy to arrange for your own mode of transportation, be it a car or motorbike.
As the villa is not in the middle town, those of you who would like to be right in the middle of action might, this is not your villa. Those of you who woulr like to have peace and quiet and still enjoy he authentic atmosphere of Bali, while not being remote, this is your choice of stay.
We just really wanted to spend some time together with our frinds and not worry about bothereing enyone else, just enjoy the local food and easy way of life, so this was perfect for us.
All bedrooms in the villa are spacious, well dcorated and all beds come with a mosquito net, so that you can even leave the doors open and enjoy the night breeze when sleeping. Of cause there were airconditioners in the bedrooms as well but we just preferred the nice breeze.
What is most outstanding is the sercive of the staff of the villa. Starting Sandra, the owner of the villa, who goes the extra mile to accomodate all our rediculous extra wishes (like 5 kg of lime for our cocktails!) who also organized us an in house massage for a very good price as well.
Generelly she made it her concern to ensure that we are all being well taken care of.
There is a helper at the villa in the mornings who makes sure that everything is back to its impeccable conditions while making amazingly delicious fruit juice for the hot days. Fantastic!
All in all, as cheesy as it may sound: this villa together with the great staff and its cosiness really felt like a home away from home. You can just hang out and enjoy your day without a worry.
So Sandra be warned: we will be back! ;) -

Beautiful Bali stay

One of the best highlights of our trip was the accommodation of Sandra and her beautiful home in Bali.
The location was nice and close to many other area's, the facilities were fantastic as chilling out, swimming and sleeping in a relaxed vibe made it that much more of an enjoyable place to stay. And most of all the hospitality was top class.
Sandra was also a massive help as she knows the area very well and how to get around with as less stress as possible. Definitely helped us out in more than one occasion so a huge thanks for that! -

Een week in het huis van Sandra op Bali.
Wat hebben we genoten een gezellig knus(villa).
Service was prima we konden met al onze vragen bij haar terecht.
Ze heeft ons vele dingen laten zien wat ook heel prettig is dat Sandra uit Nederland komt en nu in Bali woont en dus ook Balinees spreekt.
We zitten nu in Seminyak maar we kunnen nog altijd een beroep op Sandra doen een leuke meid.
