Cottage by the River overlooks Tranquility Island and is located on the banks of the Guadalupe River in downtown Kerrville. This 75 year-old home has gone through tremendous love and a great deal of attention to detail during the restoration. Two suites are available detailed with both comfort and elegance in mind.
Sunset Suite (Front Suite)
Sunset Suite is on the front side of the house and has a private entrance. Comfy chairs are found on the small porch, which is framed with an arbor and lattice for privacy.
