      We were not impressed with the Cottage Holiday Group. We had chosen this appartment, as in the brochure it clearly stated that all 3 rooms could be made up as doubles. On arriving at the appartment, we discovered that 1 of the rooms was made up as 2 singles. I then phoned the company who said that it would be done the following day. The next morning, I went into the company's offices to make sure that it would be done that day, and was assured that it would be definitely made up as a double. On returning to the appartment that evening, we discovered that it had not been done as promised!!! I then had to phone the company again, and this time 2 employees came round to sort it out, but discovered that in fact there was no bedding for a double bed. I am amazed and disappointed in Cottage Holiday Group; if an appartment is advertised as 3 doubles, then this is what it should be. When booking this appartment, I was assured that it could definitely be made up as 3 doubles. If this is the quality of service of this company, then I don't think we will be using them again.

      Very comfortable modern apartment in a lovely building.
      Ideal location - just 5 minutes walk from town centre.
      All three bedrooms are lovely and all ensuite(which is a bonus).Everything you would need in a modern accomodation - obviously no outdoor space as it is an apartment but with the fells on your doorstep???

      We thoroughly enjoyed staying in yew trees apartments. The apartments are very well kept and decor etc is very modern and nicely done. The location was ideal, very close to centre of Keswick. we would definitely stay again and would recommend them.

      If I had to find something bad about them, compared to other apartments I have stayed in is that towels are not provided, which you do know in advance and can hire at a cost. But that is the only negative!

      Yew Trees apartment has 3 lovely, spacious bedrooms with great en-suites.
      The kitchen was well equipped and the lounge area comfortable.
      Within minutes of arriving we booked up for next year.

      there can't be a better location in keswick, close to the centre but with a quiet outlook over the churchyard.
      the appartment was incredibly luxurious - especially the master bedroom,a huge comfortable room. Good layout with open plan kitchen, dining, lounge - very sociable space. Kitchen had everything, plenty of crockery and a dishwasher - perfect.

      A lovely apartment only a short distance from all attractions in Keswick. We came for the Keswick Film Festival and the apartment is only a stone's throw from the cinema and a very pleasant short walk to the Theatre.

      Having stayed in holiday apartments and cottages in Keswick over the last fifteen years we found this apartment to be one of the best, It was well fitted out with parking for one car (Which is quite rare in Keswick )quiet yet with in easy walking distance of both the town centre and the lake.
