The ground floor consists of a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted to bunks. It has a bathroom with shower, separate laundry, and a heated double garage. Entry to the home is through the front entrance into the first floor. This level contains the master bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet and 27- inch TV. There is an adjoining large full bathroom with travertine floors and counter tops. It has separate sink areas, toilet, glass shower and a jetted tub.

The second master suite on this level has two twin beds or a king, adjoining bathroom, walk-in closet. On the top level is a large area comprising living are...a, dining and kitchen. The spacious living room has a high ceiling with a river rock gas assisted fireplace and view windows looking out over Baldy. It has a high-speed internet connection, two separate two-seater sofas and two large leather comfort chairs gathered around a beautiful timber coffee table. It has a large 37-inch television, DVD player and stereo with CD's. From the living area is a sundeck with table, chairs and a barbeque and spectacular views over Baldy. The dining area comprises a large wooden table and ten chairs. The kitchen has slate flooring, Alder cabinets, and it is fully equipped with dishware, linens and an array of cooking equipment. A spacious kitchen island bench contains a double sink, with a large granite counter space and four breakfast stools. There is an Amana two-door fridge, a four-burner stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. There is an additional guest bedroom with queen bed on this floor. This level also offers access to the hot tub. An outstanding property and the perfect rental!

  One saftey issue however:
  
  on the nightstand between the twin beds on the second floor, the room kelly and i shared, there is the pointed end of a screw sticking straight up at one corner of the flat surface of the nightstand. there is absolutely no reason for it to be there. i jabbed my hand on it reaching for my glasses one morning, and a child might do serious damage on it. they ought to have it seen to at once.

  Everything we expected and more

  Our condo was just what 6 guys were looking for on a great ski trip. The condo was spacious and clean and had all the ammenities we required. There's not a negative thing I can say about this rental. We would definately stay here again in the future. The outdoor hot tub was malfunctioning when we got there but we called the rental service and they had someone there in 15 minutes to fix it.
