This spacious 2,600 sq ft townhouse offers an opportunity fun in the snow and more than convenient walk to town.. so close to everything you will not need a car!! Remodeled 6/09 with high quality carpet, hard wood floors, tile, paint and a beautiful new fireplace.

From the ground level you have a private garage with storage for your skis and a boot warmer that will keep your boots warm and toasty. There are two spacious guest rooms on this level. One room includes 2 set of twin bunks & TV and the other with a comfy queen bed. Both are complimented by large closets and a spacious guest bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower combo. In... the hallway you have a full size washer and dryer.

As you walk up the stairs into the living room you will be overwhelmed by the multi-level ceilings and warmth of the hard wood floors. Large windows offer tons of natural light. Stone covered fireplace allows for a gas start/wood burning fire and plenty of sitting and snuggling area by the fire. A powder room is also on this level. The entertainment center includes a 52' plasma TV, surround sound that will make you feel like you are at the movies and a IPOD docking station to enjoy your personal music. Off of the kitchen you have a office that includes two large working stations and internet.

A deck is off of the dining area that has an over-sized propane grill. The dining area will accommodate 6-8. Kitchen is complimented by warm colored granite counter tops and mosaic tile back-splash. Top of the line appliances: Jenn-Air island stove/oven combo that can also be converted to a grill, Jenn-Air dishwasher, Sub-Zero side by side refrigerator, garbage disposal, inst-a-hot and a 27' TV. You will also find all the necessary items needed for cooking a gourmet meal, even a crock-pot that you can throw ingredients in, go skiing and come home to a nice meal!!

Follow the stairs up to the private master suite. Again, the multilevel ceilings make the over-sized room feel more than spacious. This room offers a California King bed and 5 piece bath which includes a Jacuzzi tub, large tile walk-in shower, private toilet and his/her sinks. Inside the large walk in closet you will have your owner full size washer and dryer. You can also enjoy watching a 36' plasma TV.You will enjoy a view of Baldy from the deck or while you lay in the bed!!

Location of this townhouse is impeccable. You can access everything in 10 minutes or less.. You can walk to town for dining and entertaining. For skiing, you can take app 200 steps to the bike path and either walk or ski to the River Run Lodge..if you fly fish, you can carry your tackle and walk within 2-3 minutes to the Bigwood River!! The complex offers a hot tub and has only 8 units so you will have a quiet vacation!! Nothing beats this special place during the summer or winter!!!

  Once settled in the apartment was very comfortable.
  We normally have ski in Ski out accommadation so the 5 mins walk to town and the lifts was ambitious (or perhaps I am a slow walker) and I admit our expectations were probably to high.
  I respect that Sun Valley has no Ski ski Out For choice next time I will try to find accommadation closer to town
