This new three story condominium shares levels of light and living. With radiant heated floors, the entry at the ground level (either through the garage or front door) invites you to slip off your shoes. There's a small bedroom (sleeps 2 in a trundle) on this floor, with a full bath and separate stackable washer/dryer across the hall.

Climbing up the wooden stairs, you come to a well-lighted and spacious living room with a sprawling leather couch and chairs, gas fireplace, and large flat screen TV with DVD; this invites a casual and comfortable environment in which to entertain. Further, there is a generous counter top with bar... stools sharing kitchen visuals of "what's cooking", or just another place to devour a meal for two.

The adjoining kitchen is punctuated with Kitchen-Aid electric oven and gas stove top and refrigerator, microwave, and even a view to the mountains. Some elk have been known to come down from those mountains to feast on anything not buried in the snow. Further down the warm and toasty hallway, is the dining room (seats 6) with a balcony through the sliding glass doors.

Up one more flight of stairs is the master suite with a king bed nestled in between windows, with a view of a large flat screen TV and DVD. The bathroom is lighted with glass block windows, incorporating a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Another guestroom shares this floor, with a queen sized bed and adjoining full bath.
