The perfect location! Ski-in/ski-out to the Sun Valley Resort and walk a short distance to the town center of Ketchum for dining, shopping, and nightlife.
This beautifully decorated condominium has two bedrooms each with queen-size beds and one bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is a full bathroom on the main floor and a full bathroom on the second floor. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.
This is a second-story unit with vaulted ceilings and lots of light with views of the ski mountain. The hot tub is just steps away.

We had a marvelous time. The condo is very pleasant and comfortable to stay in; the TVs are cool. Great to have hot tubs! It was so nice to walk to the ski lifts! And it's close to town!

I found this cozy ski condo to be the perfect retrete in the Sun Valley/Ketchum area. You fall out of the comfy well appointed bedrooms right into the ski area parking lot, there is no location in the river run access that is better situated than this unit. It is clean and newly updated with everything inside is new and is has all you need for a fun ski or bike vacation. This is perfect for 3 couples, or two families with kids. The hot tub is right outside the front door and the river is less than a block away. The owner is great and easy to deal with.

The condo has all new furnishings as of February 2012. I also like being able to walk to town, to the ski lift, and to the bike path!
