This very attractive, two-bedroom, two-bath, ground level condominium has a very warm and comfortable feeling about it. It is an end unit that provides privacy but it is also very close to the year-round hot tub & sauna and the summer pool. The unit is located in one of the few complexes in town that has grounds with open areas and landscape. A truly unique setting in Ketchum. This unit has been completely remodeled in tasteful colors and textures.

The condo differenciates itself from the rest as it is sitiuated in a park like setting and is adjacent to the River Run Lodge and ski lifts. It's also a short walk to everything in town. You'll enjoy all the amenities of this world class resort, fine dining, shopping, the arts, or just relax and savor the mountain atmosphere. In the winter the ski bus stops at the property if you don't feel like walking.

We would definitely stay here again. This condo offers all the comforts and location--close to River Run lifts/lodge and on the (free) bus line if you are not a big walker. But it is near enough to Ketchum and the grocery store to walk. The master bed is so comfortable!

Greatly enjoyed our stay. Condo is exactly like the photos, very clean, great decor, well appointed. Located near downtown Ketchum but away from traffic. Near to bike trails which we love,pool, hot tub etc. My In-laws appreciated the no stairs. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was very satisfying. The condo was in great shape, with many upgrades. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, conveniently located about 30 feet from the front door. Kids loved the ping pong table in the rec room! Great mountain bike trail at river run, only a few blocks away. Mike, the groundskeeper, does a great job keeping the place looking wonderful. Overall, my family had a great time and Roy was a pleasure to deal with!!
