I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Gina's Condo on the Beautiful Island of Key Biscayne in February and March of last year. Gina was there to welcome my husband and I when we arrived and showed us around her lovely home. The appartment is very spacious with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both of which Gina has decorated with her beautiful mosaic creations. The living room opens out on to a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool and garden, and brings a sense of the outside into the appartment, which is actually on the 4th Floor. (thankfully there is an elevator!!) The well equipped kitchen area is part of the living room, which makes holidaying more fun for Mum!!
The appartment building is just a few yards from the gorgious beach, which is approached through a quiet and secluded gated garden with shower and toilet facilities. We used this garden most days, and found this facility enhanced our holiday. The pleasant shopping area was also very close, 5 minutes walk, or just one minute on a bike which is our main means of transport on the island. The island boasts 2 beautiful parks, but is only 6 miles long, and separated from the main-land of Miami by a spectacular causeway. The Ocean is wonderfully clean, and very warm to swim in, and there are all sorts of outdoor activities to be enjoyed - swimming, sailing, wind-surfing, walking and cycling. There are many eating establishments on the island, in fact we very rarely leave the island during our holiday as we find that it offers all the facilities we need. -

This is a fantastic apartment. Large spacious and very comfortable. Great light, beautifully decorated. Nice breakfast balcony. Close to all the shops and the beach.
Gina was very helpful and went out of her way to be accommodating.
I would highly recommend a stay in her unique and imaginative home. -

Beautiful condo on the 4th floor (elevator building) with a full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. Loved the screened in porch/balcony, perfect for enjoying coffee, the breeze, palm trees and the sound of ocean waves. Free parking, Internet access. Less than 3 blocks off Crandon Blvd, the main (and only) drag in Key Biscayne. Mosaics, paintings, color and comfort converge; you can tell an artist created this home away from home. It soothes and inspires. Very reasonable rates. Gina is a local resident, great guide to the area and a very kind and helpful proprietor. I would return in a heartbeat.
