Welcome to Paradise. This condo is in the heart of the Florida Keys just 50 miles north of Key West. It is a tropical haven with beautiful scenery. Our grounds are immactulately kept and our fully equipped condo has everything you will need for your vacation.
Sit on the balcony and enjoy your morning coffee or take a short stroll to the tiki hut on the beach to watch the dolphins swim by.
Swimming, snorkeling, deep sea diving, kayaking, fishing are just a few of the activities you can enjoy. The Dolphin Research Center is a short 5 miles up the road where you can swim with them or just enjoy a show. The Turtle Hospital in Ma...Read more

Key Colony Beach is in the heart of the Florida Keys. 50 miles north of Key West and approximately 110 miles south of Miami at MM#54. We are within walking distance of two great restaurants, sunset park, walking and biking paths. Dolphin Research Center is just 5 miles north on Grassy key and in Marathon is The Turtle Hospital where tours are conducted every day. Lots of enjoyment for all. Swimming, snorkeling and just relaxing. If kayaking is your fun, kayaks can be rented just down the street. A par 3 golf course is close by.
We are only a few steps from the beach. Our master bedroom balcony offers a lovely view and a quiet place to have your morning coffee.

Con mi esposo estuvimos en Julio 2011, Nos alojamos en Key colony beach. Nos encantó por la comodidad de los apartamentos, con todo lo necesario , para estar varios días. Muy pero muy tranquilo, muy limpio. La playa chica, pero linda. Key colony es un cayo chiquito, pero muy lindo, aguas muy tranquilas y a poca distancia de Marathon y centro comercial. Generalmente vacacionan, gente grande ,pero esta muy bueno si se tiene niños. Hay lavadero y parking gratis. Deben hacer reserva, los fines de semana se ocupa mucho
Se los recomiendo!!! iré nuevamente el año que viene -

Our Key Colony Beach stay was perfect! Peaceful view of the ocean from the master bedroom balcony, beach 100 steps away, clear water snorkeling and swimming, powdery sand, super comfortable beds, and clean well-stocked condo! This Middle Keys location was a great place to stay to experience the deep sea fishing, snorkeling and snuba trips, and a day trip to Key West. Shopping and all other conveniences were just 5 minutes away in Marathon. The Super nice grounds and view of pool from the living room top off this perfect vacation. My teen boys loved it and were always busy! The food at the local coffee shop and seafood place at the marina coming onto the island were delicious! We will be back...Thanks to all the Key Colony Beach residents for making our vacation special and to the Thomas family for sharing their beach home!
