Kenny's Place is a two-bedroom, two-bath vacation rental duplex located right on the water in the city of Key Colony Beach in Marathon Key, Florida.

Kenny's Place is a full upstairs duplex with a balcony. The balcony is an ideal site overlooking the water and boats parked at the dock below. • Rate for 1 week is $1100.00 plus tax - maximum of 6 people.
• A $500.00 security deposit is needed to book in advance. When you arrive, your weekly rent plus tax is due. The security deposit will be returned to you by mail after inspection.
