Our home is located in Key Colony Beach which is a small community near Marathon with protected walking paths, a 9 hole golf course, tennis & pickleball courts and it's own beach park where you can watch the beautiful sunsets. There's a children's playground and basketball courts also!
This newer 3 bedroom/2 bath ground level home has a large yard and sits on a clean 100' canal that leads you to the Gulf or the Atlantic in just a few minutes. This house is completely stocked with kitchenware and bath & bed linens. This home has everything I want in a vacation home, so I know you will love it!

We are located at MM 53.5 which is an hour drive from Key West (EYW) or a two hour drive from Miami (MIA). Fly into Marathon (MTH) with regional charters.
We are on 13th which is a short walk to Sunset Park and the Inch Beach. It is a large lot with no home to the right of us, just tropical plants providing privacy.

We stayed 11 wonderful weeks at this home. The home is so enjoyable with all the amenities one needs to be comfortable--decor is so cheerful and elegant and the owners are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed sun filled days swimming in the heated pool and relaxing around it, ending the days with the beautiful sunsets! The fishing is outstanding, we rented a boat and kept it directly at the homes private dock. The ocean and bay are only 5 minutes away, the fish even bite right off the dock. We can't wait to go back next January.

We loved this vacation home! We have stayed in several rentals in Key Colony Beach, because it is a perfect location in the keys. This has been, by far, the nicest rental home. The home is spacious, and therefore accomodates two or three couples just fine. It's just a short walk to Sunset Beach or a bike ride to the Cabana Breezes Restaurant/Clubouse. You have an ocean view from the front living room to enjoy and a private back yard with a pool. The home is so tastefully decorated with top of the line linens, dishes, and furnishings that we felt as if we were just staying in a friend's home rather than a rental. The owner is very friendly and helpful in all matters. We will definitely return!!
