Come to our piece of paradise in Key Colony Beach. Everything you need to relax is close to this rental home--white sand beach and heated pool private club membership is a 4 minute walk (or 2 minute bike ride with the cruiser bikes for you to use at the house), three full service restaurants, a wine bar, bakery and breakfast hangout, boutique, gift shops and liquor store all in walking distance, or sit on your private lanai overlooking the canal. If you are feeling a bit more adventurous, drop a line (fishing poles and tackle are included in your rental) in the canal from the dock, or take the tandem kayak for a spin around the island.

Key Colony Beach is located in the geographic heart of the Florida Keys, a separate city within the keys of Marathon. "KCB" is a self contained tropical paradise with three full service restaurants, a bakery and wine bar, and live entertainment at some venue every night. The home is close enough to walk or bike to any location. There is a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts, pickle ball and two playgrounds for kids. The Cabana Club, a private club with pool and beach, membership included in your rental, is a short block away.

We spent 7 days in Key Colony Beach and greatly enjoyed our stay. We especially appreciated the fact that this rental was very well appointed and everything was labeled for easy access. For the week we rented a boat from Captain Hooks (they were also great to work with) and loved the fact that we could dock it right outside of the house to come and go as we pleased. The owners were very helpful and responsive to all questions we had about the rental. We would highly recommend this property and will consider it again when we return!

We vacationed at this wonderful vacation home the first week in January. The amenities are just perfect, great location to all the best tourist spots in Marathon, Grassy Key and only an hour away from Key West! Loved the fact that it was a very very short walk to the Cabana Club (complimentary membership during your stay) for a dip in the ocean or the pool, dining and cocktails too! Bicycles and a kayak available to use for more leisure time, biking to Sunset Memorial Park at must at sunset, beautiful. Other places right on the island of Key Colony to eat and enjoy. You really need not go anywhere else as all you need for a great vacation is right on Key Colony at this fabulous vacation home!

absolutely wonderful home in great location. Very quiet neighborhood with great biking,jogging,pool,beach,fishing out your door or just relaxing on porch. Close enough to Key West and State Parks to make easy trip.Highly recommend it!

Best Holiday ever!. The home was spotless, everything clearly marked with ample instructions for appliances and electronics! It was an easy two minute walk to the beach club and five minutes to Key Colony Inn restaurant (do not miss Friday's Rib Roast).
My Irish relatives loved this place and so did our family. I will definitely return -

This half-duplex on a quiet canal is one of the most idyllic vacations we have ever had. The house is not new, but it is extremely well-cared-for. Fresh paint, good beds, lots of extras (bicycles, fishing gear, flat screen satellite TV, BBQ grill, kayak, etc. etc.) and everything works! They even left coffee for our first morning in case got in late and didn't have time to shop the night before! And a frozen Dutch apple pie as a welcome gift!
Lots of organizational touches (cabinet contents marked on the doors, manuals with really complete info) to save us time with the details of living well. The lanai off the great room is a marvelous breakfast and sunset spot.
And Key Colony Beach is a marvelous location -- quiet, laid back, good beaches, executive golf course, nice restaurants, all within walking or biking distance. And the owners have a membership in a beach/swimming/restaurant club that renters are permitted to use, just 100 yards from the house. Great place -- great vacation! -

Perfect place for a family vacation. It was our first trip to the Keys and we couldn't have chosen a better place. The home was spacious and clean with everything you could possible want and more. Loved the tropical decor. It was great to have our boat docked right outside the door and the beach just a short walk away. A wonderful place to relax and get away from it all. Thank you Sandy and Richard for sharing your beautiful home.

Sometimes when renting homes you do not always get what was shown on a website.
This was not the case with this home. It was clean, had all the amenities, has a great lanai with motorized shades for the late day sun, and is in a perfect location. They also provide bikes for an easy ride to three restaurants/bars within a few blocks of the house...They provide a bait freezer in the basement for those of us who like to fish. Sparky's bait shop is at the end of their canal right on your way out to sea.
We were so happy with the home we have rented it twice and plan on doing so again in the spring!
We have a small, well behaved dog that we were allowed to bring which was great. -

Have stayed at Richard & Sandy's home 2 years running. Everything is at your fingertips. My friends and I have taken our annual / bi-annual fishing and lobstering trip and have felt completely at home. Sandy has made sure that everything is completely taken care of for your stay. The home is absolutely one of the best we have stayed at in Key Colony. And Sandy's hospitality is second to none. No complaints at all. We will be back for sure.

We had such a great time here. Quiet, spacious, very clean and it felt like home. Kitchen had everything we could ask for from cookware to table settings.
Close to beach and swim club (walking distance). Beautiful sunsets and sun rises. Cook in or eat out everything close by. Plus don't forget the cable T.V. with every channel, and convenient. Thanks for the great vacation spot - home away from home! -

I lived in the keys for many years and know the keys well, this is the town to be! It is centrally located in the keys, you can stay here and visit all the other towns easily with short day trips. My husband and I along with his brother and his wife went down to visit family, we rented this vacation home, everything you needed was in this rental, bikes to cruise around the island, walking distance to the Cabana Club for a swim in the ocean or the pool, fishing in the canal, walking distance to great places to eat in Key Colony Beach, short drives to great restaurants, snorkeling, etc. in Marathon. Not far from Key West either, easy day trip. But best of all, it is really all there on the island of Key Colony Beach...The vacation home itself was comfortable, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen had all you needed to prepare food which helps with your budget, overall it is a wonderful place to rent and I can't wait to do it again!
