Parking at this unit is not a problem. There is a carport for 1 vehicle and plenty of space out front for additional vehicles or a boat trailer. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest room has twins. There is 37' of dockage with lights, water and electric. The weekly rent is $1,100.00 and the monthly rate is $3,900.00. Restaurants, bars, golf course, tennis courts, kayak rentals, boat rentals, charter boats, marina, private membership beach/pool, and dive shop are all within walking distance from anywhere in the city. Close by are numerous activities in the Marathon area, such as, snorkeling the reef, dolphin and turtle centers, nature centers, kite boarding, paddle boarding, and any kind of fishing you want to do! Key West is an hour drive south and Key Largo is an hour drive north so you can easily see and do everything from one end of the keys to the other!
