Tastefully decorated 3 bedroom, 3 bath half-duplex. Upgraded with granite counter tops in the kitchen and all 3 baths. The main level of the house is tiled through out and the upstairs master suite is carpeted. The upstairs master suite and the downstairs master bedroom both have king beds. The guest room has a queen bed. Each bedroom has a TV as well as the living room. There is a total of 37 feet of dockage at the wooden dock that offers water, electric, lights, and a fish cleaning table. Under the house is a large storage room to keep all your fishing and dive gear. Plenty of parking is provided but the garage is not available for use.

The City of Key Colony Beach is located in the middle keys at MM 53.5. The city is only 15 streets but has everything! Restaurants, bars, golf course, tennis courts, kayak rentals, boat rentals, charter boats, marina, private membership beach/pool, and dive shop are all within walking distance from anywhere in the city. Close by are numerous activities in the Marathon area, such as, snorkeling the reef, dolphin and turtle centers, nature centers, kite boarding, paddle boarding, and any kind of fishing you want to do! Key West is an hour drive south and Key Largo is an hour drive north so you can easily see and do everything from one end of the keys to the other!
