Recent addition to the living room of this 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath ground level half-duplex. Enjoy the large living room after a long day fishing. There is a concrete patio off the living room with a table, chairs, and lounge chairs for outdoor relaxing. There is a total of 37' of dock space at the wooden dock that has electric, water, lights, and a fish cleaning table. Wireless internet is available. The master bedroom has a king bed. One guest bedroom offers a queen bed and the other guest bedroom offers 2 twin beds. It rents for $1,650 per week for 8. The two month or longer monthly rate is $4,950. The City of Key Colony Beach is located in the middle keys at MM 53.5. The city is only 15 streets but has everything! Restaurants, bars, golf course, tennis courts, kayak rentals, boat rentals, charter boats, marina, private membership beach/pool, and dive shop are all within walking distance from anywhere in the city. Close by are numerous activities in the Marathon area, such as, snorkeling the reef, dolphin and turtle centers, nature centers, kite boarding, paddle boarding, and any kind of fishing you want to do! Key West is an hour drive south and Key Largo is an hour drive north so you can easily see and do everything from one end of the keys to the other!
