This is a Gated Trailer Community with a Pool & Private Dock Ramp, Parking is available.

Dockside, the Fishing is Excellent, Fish-Prep Station, Live Bait Wells in the Water, and Outdoor Freezer. the Fishing is actually quite good from the Dock.

Cancellations permitted up to 30 Days prior to arrival for a Full Refund. If you opt to cancel, a 4% Processing Fee is charged to Credit Card Transactions.

The Property Security Deposit is returned within 7 - 10 Days after departure and is Credited to your Credit Card. U.S. or Canadian Residents Deposit returned in the form of a Check to Mailing Address.
