An exceptional vacation spot in beautiful Key Largo. This beautiful condo is on the Florida Bay side of Key Largo just one mile from John Pennekamp State Park. The condo has just been completely remodeled and redecorated and unlike the other units in the complex we now have three bedrooms and three baths. A beautiful new full kitchen with new appliances, washer, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, a widescreen HD TV in the livingroom, TV's in all the bedrooms, cable, DVD player, phone. high speed Internet service and Wi-Fi also available. All sheets, linens, towels, dishes and cookware provided. Three bedrooms, dinin...g room, three baths, living room dining room overlooking the pool area, and 24 hour security. No eating off of plastic plates or drinking out of jelly jars here. This condo is beautifully decorated and furnished. You can try the rest, but this is the best. There are only 4 other units in the whole complex that haveadded an additional bathroom like this unit. The property contains a heated swimming pool in addition to a kiddies pool, sauna, two tennis courts, its own marina with ample dock space, boat ramp and a large club house where you can gather together with friends and watch the beautiful sunsets over the Florida Bay.Read more

Key Largo Florida. Like to scuba dive or snorkel? The John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park is just a mile from the condo. There you can snorkel, launch a boat or rent a canoe or even scuba dive. For more diving adventures, contact one of the many local dive shops and head on out on one of their dive boats to the many reefs located off Key Largo in the Atlantic Ocean . Experience diving in the only living reef located in North American. See the giant coral formations and swim among the many different tropical fish such as the barracuda, the sting rays and the many bright colored Florida fish. Explore old time ship wrecks that are located in the local waters and dive the ship wrecks that have be en placed in the area to create more artificial reefs for the sea life.

If fishing is your sport, then try the local waters for sport fishing. Marathon Key located further down Overseas Hwy (US 1) is the sport fishing capitol of the world. There you will find local charter boats to take you out to the Atlantic to do battle with big game fish and try your hand at landing a big Marlin!

  We stayed the month of March 2013, Bob was very easy to deal with and everything was as shown in the pictures. We found it to be very comfortable and the other bedroom is very private with its own bathroom. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook. The grounds and pool are very well taken care of and were great! The only downside of staying in Key Largo is that there are only a few restaurants you can walk to. It is not really a walking place although they do have a walking path along the us highway 1 which is very busy. It is about a 2 hour drive to Key West which is worth the drive for the day or to stay a night. Overall it is a very nice condo and I would highly recommend to anyone who just wants to kick back and relax. Thanks Bob had a nice stay!
