One bedroom is on the main level just off the kitchen and 3 more are upstairs along with a large office space or 2nd floor family room and exercise room. The master suite features ensuite bath with Roman tub and dressing area.... This home is completely furnished. Available for long or short term rental. Bedding is King, Queen, 2 Twins and 2 Queen Pull Outs.
Rate Details:Rent is $3800 to $4800/month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $250 departure cleaning fee; $200 processing fee; $69 accidental rental damage insurance; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Refundable Security Deposit: $1000. Utility Caps/Mo: $50 water and $200 electricity. Pet Fees: Pets are accepted at this property on a case by case basis. The pet fee is $150 per pet plus an additional $100 per pet security deposit. Travel Insurance: This is an optional service we offer through Travel Guard. Plans include valuable medical coverage, trip interruption, emergency travel services and more. Long Term Details:A lease will be required. Rates as follows: 12 month lease $2500 or 6 months +1 day $2750/month plus utilities. Owner will pay for yard care and pest control. An application and fee of $75.00 per adult applicant is required. This fee covers credit and criminal background reports. Applicants will be notified within 3 days of submitting application if approved or not. The first month's rent and $5000 security are required prior to move in.
