We stayed 4 nights in this house and everything was great! Everything you could possibly need was available! Clean, nice location, nice and fast responding owner, reasonable rate! I give my thumbs up to everything! We had no complaints at all! If you read this, do yourself a favour and reserve it! You wont be disappointed! Thanks again Dan! If we have the chance to come back, we will stay there again!

We arrived late at night, everything was just as explained in the welcome letter. The house had totally everything we could wish for. My son is a chef and all the tools he needed was there. The beds were comfortable, and it was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. We look forward to going back. It was a totally great experience. I was scared because I had never rented property prior to this, but it was an easy experience

This was such a relaxing week, full of great meals and fun times with our friends , who met us at the house all the way from asheville, NC.
We were all so comfortable in the hous, with ceiling fans galore and the beach just down at the end of the street. We so enjoyed mornings on the beach and afternoons exploring all that the keys have to offer.
The house was incredibly equipped with anything we might have wanted or needed. We cooked some delicious meals there and were in shock, but not surprised, that this kitchen was better equipped than our own at home!
Having the Cliftons over for a little while the night before we left gave us a good opportunity to thank them again for their very generous hospitality.
It was a wonderful week, and a fantastic way to spend my first week of summer vacation from teaching school! -

This house is great, Its centrally located with tons of great restaurants and things to do close by. There is a private beach just 2 blocks from the house that is only for residents of the neighborhood. The house is stocked with games for the kids & adults and the kitchen is fully stocked.

This house is very clean, very comfortable and very roomy. Its well furnished and equipped and I love the beach decor through out the home. Being an architect, I love the fact that it's built on pilotis (piers) and parking is provided right underneath the house...a very "green" way of building. The private beach is a great perk !!! You can easily spend the entire day there and the children loved catching sealife. The palm trees make it a perfect scenery and provide shade for beach naps. Location is very convenient, supermarkets, gas station, water park and restaurants are close by. I recommend this house to all my friends.

We enjoyed staying at this house, it was well equipped and very clean. The big drawback is the stairs, there are about 20 0f them and they are an opened staircase with a rather rickity railing. Very tough when you are bringing groceries home. That is my fault, I just didn't realize that there would be so many steps, we are an older couple and it was hard on us.
The park at the end of the street is lovely, clean and quiet, it is not 500 feet from the house however, more like a half a mile or more.

Thank you for your kind review. Joann and Tom did bring to our attention that a couple of the steps were loose and the rail was loose at the top. I am going to fix these items the next time I am down at the home. We take great pride in our home and continually maintain it so it is in great shape.
As far as the beach I do state that it is approx 500 yards, not feet, at the end of the street. I would never say feet because that is not accurate. When we are at the home we routinely walk to the beach and occasionally drive down and park in the provided area if we are trucking down lots of beach "stuff". -

First off, the location was great. Didn't necessarily want my small kids to deal with Key West. Plus much easier drive to Key Largo. Public beaches not easy to come by in the Keys. Having a private beach was a huge bonus! Was a hit with everyone. House was well equiped, clean & on stilts. Stilts! How cool is that?!

An easy drive from Central Florida. We loved the private beach down the street and it was great for the kids. The house was close to restaurants and grocery. The less driving in the Keys the better. All in all a great stay. We hope to return this fall for lobster season.

We stayed at this house in 2009 and can't wait to return. It is so large and roomy! At times we had up to 11 people at the house and there was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Beds are very comfortable. Loved the full kitchen. It was stocked with every type of appliance and necessity you enjoy in your own home. The private beach is just moments away and completely relaxing. We enjoyed this home's location - close to local water parks, boating and beaches. The full laundry room is so convienient for all the laundry you will create from the beach and boating. This home is conviently located and close to shopping, beaches, boating and local theme parks. We really enjoyed our time there and plan to return!
