SMUGGLER'S COVE is a wonderful Property you are literally on the Water.

It joins our Fleet of Seven (7) other Properties in the same quiet Neighborhood, which we operate in.

This a Kropft, 40Ft. late Model Park Trailer.

Queen Size in the Master Bedroom, Queen Size Second Bed in the Loft, with an additional Fold out Queen Size Couch in the Living Room.

Two (2) Televisions, One in the Living Room, Second T.V. in the Master Bedroom. Both T.V.s are High Definition, with Satellite Link.

This is a One (1) Bedroom Convertible to two (2) Bedrooms, 40 FT. Park Trailer, w/ Three Pullouts, One Full Bath w/ additional fold... out couch.

The Interior Layout results in a Split Floor Plan.

Queen Size Bed in the Master Bedroom with Water Views from the Bed and a separate entry from the Outside.

While the Second Queen Size Bed, is the Bed in the Loft.

While the Third, Queen, is the Fold out in the Living Room.

Color Decor is Tropical, and the theme is Nautical throughout.

Multiple Outside Seating Areas.....

Fully Stocked, everything inside is flawless.

The Property is on the Water over 20Ft. of Dock Space, with an Additional Floating Dock, Great Fishing from the Dock, Gas B.B.Q. outside, with Dockside sitting and adjoining Lounge Areas.

Excellent Water Views from the Living Areas!!!!. The Living Areas in this Unit are in the Center; Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen.

Wi-Fi on the Property via Satellite Internet, CD/DVD Player and Stereo System Outside.

Outside, Seating Area with a Canopy, Chaise Lounges to sit and relax, and catch the breezes, and a Gas BBQ, for those Sunset Dinners if You decide to Cook.

And yes, in the Water at the Dock, there is a Live Bait (container only)...ready for when you are ready for a little Fishing.

Adjoining at the Main Entry there are Secondary Seating Area Outside......

The Community Pool is on the next Peninsula, walking distance

While Parking is front of the Property.

The experience with us is a bit more Personal and Service Oriented, we will meet you on the Property upon arrival and get you settled-in and show you how everything works, the HVAC, the Stereos, Wi-Fi Network, Satellite T.V., the BBQ, Stove, the Range, and in-turn answer any questions you may have.

The Property is extremely peaceful, and quiet, along the Waterway you may even see some Manatees or Dolphins swimming by, lay in the Hammock for Two, and hear the Coconut Palm frontons move in the breeze.

During the Day Ann and Her Husband, George, work their Crab Traps, they ride around on a 16Ft. Skiff, you cannot miss them, their boat has large Registration Numbers on the side. If you like Crabs, call them over, they will sell to you either Blue Crabs or Stone Crabs. And do not worry if you do not know how to clean them, Ann will even show you how.

Otherwise, you can ask Ann for one of her Freshly Cooked Crab Platters, she will deliver it by Boat and serve it Dockside.

Great Place also for Kayaks, to explore the shallow water inlets around or explore in the Sound.

If you are interested in renting Suzanne is next door and she can set you up, with Canoes, Boats, or a Charter for Fishing or ride around the Sound....

Markets are less than 10Min. away, we provide Discount Cards for WINN-DIXIE.

While on the Property, John Pennekamp, a National Park, is 10 Min. away at MM 102, OCEAN SIDE (Left Side). Traveling South look for the Overhead Sign.

There is also Harris Park at MM92.5. Here you have a Man-Made Lagoon with Beaches, and Playground, and Picnic areas. No admission is charged during the week.

In addition, you have Great Beaches, with snorkeling opportunities.. there is also Group Fishing which is not expensive, or Snorkeling Trips to the Reefs a little off-shore. There are many Brochures in the home which will guide you to other destinations.

Restaurants within 7Min.. of which both Gilbert's and Marlay's if you take them the Fish you caught during the day, they will cook it for you for $9.99, and include the side-dishes. And for Outdoor Entertainment at Gilbert's they have a Great Tikki Bar on the Water, with Music, daily...

While Sundowner's is about 12Min. away, Great Outdoor Dining with Excellent views of the Sunset. And Senor Frijoles is next door, with Outdoor Dining also, Tex-Mex Food and Excellent Margaritas.

A quiet little place, waterside, with all the Electronics you need to stay in touch............

Order a Crab Platter or Crabs, get them delivered by Boat to the Dock....

Enjoy a Sunrise......count the Minutes, in between listen to the wind..enjoy the views, enjoy the Birds, the Manatees, and the ambient....at Night we do promise a Sunset.

In the Keys, we have made it a daily celebration.

  This location was perfect. The trailer was clean and everything worked well. It was a great alternative to an expensive hotel and had more amenities than one. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage for our things. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. Most importantly, Nestor provided great service. We would recommend this to anyone and hope to return one day.

  The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The place was very easy to find. The owners were super easy to deal with. Be aware though, this is not really oceanfront property. It's in more of a marshy/mangrove type area. Mosquitoes are fierce but to their credit the property is sprayed nightly. If you are looking for a cozy comfortable place to sleep while you tour the Florida keys then you will appreciate this place. If you are wanting a tropical paradise with beautiful beaches, nightlife, great food and historic spots to tour Key Largo is not your destination. You will want to stay in Key West which is about 2 hours from Key Largo.

  The place was very nice, clean. Very relaxing. We stayed there for Islamorada flea market as vendors so we didn't get to enjoy it too much during the day. Next time for sure.
  
  The only downside for us was how far it is from everything. Although, Gilbert's was fun and the food is great anything else is a good drive.
  
  If you are looking for nice, clean place to chill and bring your boat this is it. I will bring my boat next time. The trailer is set up with everything you need for an easy weekend. Thanks Nestor!
