This property is perfectly located to experience the Keys to the fullest. John Pennecamp Sta...te Park is just minutes away and Everglades National Park is 30 minutes away. Key Largo is also home to some of best fishing in the world and is considered the diving capital of the world. Aside from the great location, there is tons of wildlife on and around the property. It is not uncommon to see manatees and dolphins passing through, as well as all kinds of Florida birds. The sunset out in the bay is just amazing. You can watch the sunset from the park less than a block away or from the kayak out in the bay. Bay dolphins feed in the evening just a 100 or so yards out from the park and it is incredible.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with the kitchen and living room. There is also a large screened patio with plenty of seating just outside. There is also a separate downstairs bedroom and bathroom with it's own entrance with a sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. There are also two twin mattresses in the second bedroom closet. The house is stocked with all the essentials, such as towels, sheets, paper products, cooking ware, and kitchenware.

The property is available for monthly rentals at $4,000 per month, although shorter and longer rental periods will be considered. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a deposit.Read more

Additional Location Information

This property is perfectly located to experience the Keys to the fullest. Located on a canal just a few hundred yards away from the bay. There is enough parking onsite to fit 5 or more cars and about 30 feet of boat dock space. The yard has enough space to throw a Frisbee or football around.

Aside from the great location, there is tons of wildlife on and around the property. It is not uncommon to see manatees and dolphins passing through, as well as all kinds of Florida birds. The sunset out in the bay is just amazing. You can watch the sunset from the park less than a block away or from the kayak out in the bay. Bay dolphins feed in the evening just a 100 or so yards out from the park and it is incredible. There are countless activities within minutes. Some of the best restaurants are located within minutes of the property as well as countless activities.

Key Largo is the diving capital of the world, boasting numerous shipwreck sites and coral reefs. As well, some of the best fishing in the world is within minutes and there are plenty of championship charter captains to fish with. There is a two person kayak at the property or you can take a kayaking eco-tour with some of south Florida's best guides. John Pennecamp State Park is just minutes away and Everglades National Park is about a half hour away.

  This place has alot to offer. It has a beautiful view and you have everything from dinning, shopping and kayaking and ect. I gave it a five for the reason it is peaceful and has lots of space and the neighbors are wonderful. I will be back soon..

  Breathtaking view of water, wildlife and sunsets!

  This is a great home to rent. Very clean, roomy and comfortable. Beds were cozy. Queen size in one room with two twins in the other. Two bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need and more. Washer and dryer. Huge screened in porch with a beautiful view. Relaxing covered porch on the main level. We found location to be great with easy access to restaurants, shopping and attractions. We enjoyed amazing sunsets, beautiful fish and manatees while kayaking just a few paddles from the backyard. Nice park at the end of the street. Our family had a great time. We've found our home away from home. Will definitely rent this home again and recommend this to everyone.
