Description

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Ocean Front Villa in Key Largo sleeps up to 6. It was completely renovated in 2013. It has dockage for boats up to 50 feet. This Villa is 20 feet from the Ocean and has a private beach 50 feet from the patio. We provide a golf cart, Kayaks, fishing equipment, tennis equipment, pool & beach floats, etc... Restaurants are within walking distance. The views from all rooms in this Villa are spectacular.

Getting around

Most guests use a car to get around Key Largo. I provide you with bikes to use for free. There are over 40 miles of bike paths in KeyLargo. I provide you a Golf Cart to use for free to get around the 24 acre complex. There is local and regional bus service that is available and inexpensive.

Interaction with guest

I, or my assistant, will meet you, let you in, give you keys, answer questions, and give you a tour of the 24 acre complex. I am usually here to answer your questions, replace anything that breaks and arrive for repairs.

1) Do not bring a lit BBQ grill inside the unit.
2) Only licensed drivers may drive the golf cart.
3) Do not play music so loud that it annoys the neighbors, especially late at night.
4) Enjoy using my toys (Bikes, Paddle Boards, Kayaks, Fishing gear, etc...) but please do not break them and return them when you are finished using them.
5) Take your trash to the dumpsters when you leave.
