We took a weekend trip with friends and family (no kids) woo hoo... We had a wonderful stay. Condo was easy to get to and was in a great locationg (on south end of Duval street) 2 blocks from the Southern most beach and cafe. Complex was very quiet. and condo was super clean. We had 2 couples staying in the condo. It was very large.. big Kitchen with spacious dinning/living room. and 1/2 bath. Upstairs had a large master suite with large full bath, and King size bed. Second room was a little on the smaller side with a queen bed and full bath. (wish room had tv) but no biggie. What was cool was the complex was elevated about the ground, with secured parking garage underneith as well as resturants, shops. Pool area over looked Duval street, great for cocktail and people watchin. As I mentioned it is located on the South end of Duval street. Some of the Highlights are It is alot quieter here. We walked to the southern most beach. and cafe. Blue Heaven is only a few blocks away, Louies backyard was a nice stroll through a quiet neighborhood. Hemmingways House is right up the street.. Cvs a half a block away, (they sell alcohol) As for the main area of Duval (sloppy Joes, Hogs Breath, Irish Kevins, Mallory sq,) its a decent walk but worth every step. "we make the walk a few nights" If your looking to do Fishermans Warf area? I would recomend renting scooters, Its a little of a Hike. Rentals are right across the street. In conclusion I would recomend staying here time and time again. Was a really enjoyable stay and cant wait til next year...

The condo was clean and located right near the pool and steps. The dispensers holding the shampoo, cond, soap and lotion were not correct but that is minor. The only thing I didnt' like was the way to get in via the parking garage. Not the fault of the condo, but for security it was needed. Just not a nice entrance.

Casa Caribe was beautifully decorated with a Key West vibe and decorations. It was in a perfect location to walk to all of the sights in Key West. The condo was huge with the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in on vacation! It has a huge livingroom/diningroom area, and a kitchen with all of the ammenities including a washer and dryer, which came in very handy. The balconys were spacious and the hot tub was amazing. The master bedroom is huge and has the best bathroom! My friend and I are very happy with everything Casa Caribe offered and will definately be back! Thanks for the memories!!!

The condo was absolutely beautiful, comfortable beds, location was fabulous...shop until you drop outside your door, very clean, great hair salon downstairs called Headlines, they do an amazing job. Over all we had a fabulous holiday no hicups except for the airlines. We will definatley rent from Key West Rentals again. We ordered groceries and they put them away for us so we had cold beers when we arrived. All was such a positive experience. Key West is amazing!!!

As stated in a previous review, it really does have the feel that it is somebody's home. It is nicely decorated and well kept. The beds by far are the most comfortable beds I have slept in. I was not aware of the daily maid service upon booking so this was an added bonus. We encountered the maids several times and they were always very pleasant and accommodating.
The location is ideal. It is on Duval Street, within walking distance to just about everything in Old Town but far enough away to be quiet. The pool area was nice and well kept. The staff at Key West Vacations Rentals were great to work with and gave several good recommendations for activities. We are looking forward to returning in the future. -

We stayed in Unit #9. It was sunny, well stocked, nicely decorated and furnished. It didn't look like a "rental" unit at all -- but like someone's home. The master bedroom is huge as is the master bath. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking necessities. The location is great and the property is quiet. I have recommended this property to others.

We had 5 adults staying at Casa Caribe for my mom's 60th birthday and were impressed with the condo. The rooms were spacious and everything was extremely clean and decorated Key West style. The pool was the perfect size and great for our daily dips in the hot afternoon sun. And the location was perfect, we walked down Duval one way to the Southernmost point and the other way was the rest of Old Town. We will definitely rent with Key West Vacation Rentals again.

We chose Key West to celebrate a friend's 30th birthday and found Casa Caribe online. The pictures looked nice and we hoped the place really was at least half as nice. It was awesome! Beautiful, tastefully decorated and well equiped. Right on Duval St. - what more could you ask for! There were 5 of us and we would have needed 2 hotel rooms. For the same price we stayed at our own beautiful condo. I would highly recommend this to anyone and plan to return in the future.

It;s been 2 years since we last visited Key West and our 5th time that we stayed at Duval Square One
property. Our accomodations as always were excellent. We were disappointed that the pool wasn't maintained (water circulating) and therefore
we're only able to spend one day at the pool. We hope to get back next year. We recomment Key West vacation Rentals to our family and friends. -

We stayed over the memorial day holiday at Casa Caribe. From the moment we checked in to when we left we had a great experience. The home was perfect, we were sharing it with a another couple and our small pet. It was located on the quieter end of Duval Street which is just what we were looking for. Across the street were scooter rentals and once we parked our car we never used it again until we checked out. The entire Key West experience was positive. I would recommend the home to anyone ranging from a couple to a family looking to be close to the action but not right in the middle of it all!

I had a good stay at the rental but parked on the street where it was legal however unknown to me there was a parade the next day and my car was towed. I had to pay towing and fine. Suggest you read the local paper for activities for the week you are staying. The home was nice and the town was very interesting. Do not recomend bringing young children because of the constant Gay theme.

Casa Caribe was more than we expected! The condo was the perfect size for our family of four. The kitchen had everything we needed. The hot tub was a great extra. A quick walk to Duvall and all the Key West attractions.

For the most part, the place was nice. It was clean. And the location was good. Though, it didn't come without some issues. The mattresses were like potato chips and were well past their shelf life. Plus, regrettably, we had some of our stuff stolen from outside porch. Considering the amount of rentals, plus the easy access these units provide, you would expect to see some security over the course of your stay. Sadly, no.

My husband, myself and sister and her husband all stayed for a long weekend back in June of 2008. We were delighted with both the Casa Caribe, as well as the management company, Key West Vacation Rentals.
Both the Casa Caribe and the grounds were well kept and very clean. The location was perfect, allowing us quick access to Duval and all of the businesses in Old Town.
We'll be going back and recommend you check them out as well. -

Myself, my wife & our 3 adult children came to key west to celebrate 20 yrs in florida, 30th wedding anniversary, 40th yr since my draft notice & my 60th birthday. My wife & another couple had rented casa caribe 2 yrs previous, enjoyed the experience & decided it would be a nice place to bring the family for our celebrations. Unfortunately the man next door down, who did not identify himself objected to my wife & daughter talking on our deck @ 12:30 am. & yelled out that he was going to call the cops & have us kicked out. My daughter thought it was me & responded GO TO BED OLD MAN which in retrospect was pretty funny. Of course an officer came & we explained the circumstances & he understood. Nobody was rowdy, loud or obnoxious; just relaxing & trying to enjoy ourselves at 348.00 per night. I can understand as an owner living among renters that this may be an intrusion in your life but after all you are living on Duval St in Key West Florida, what do you expect. Maybe the man needs to move to Death Valley. We did read the guest book & discovered that there were other incidents with this guy with other renters. The place is very nice, the staff very accomodating but I will not rent there again.

It just couldn't have been more perfect. Friendly people, easy check in and a trully nice property. Although it would have been nice to have been for worned about the slow flushing toilets and what I call sugar ant's that are very common in Key West... I would most definitly rent thru this agency and stay at the same location once again.

We rented the house for one night and were very happy with the house and it's location. The vibrantly colored rooms and well-appointed kitchen made our stay more fun. The first floor toilet was difficult to flush and ran most of the time but overall the house was really nice. We enjoyed the spacious master bedroom and several kids bunked in the living room easily.

Casa Caribe was a beautiful place to stay. We had a great time in Key West made even better by the clean and nicely decorated rental. The kitchen was supplied with most anything you would need, the bedrooms were inviting, and living room was comfortable. We were impressed and would definitely stay there again!

The furniture and all the ambiente of our home was so beautiful and tasty that
we surely would book it again
The Pool could be larger and it was more than heat what we felt on the
poolside - without any trees and shade!! -
So, the best was the furniture and the big space of the rooms
Better could have been the area round the pool, but so far we felt very fine

We stayed at the Casa Caribe in May for 4 days. Condo. was very nice, could use a good scrubbing and some updated furniture. There is NO veiw from the condo, None.. you look at a wall.
The pool area needs to be redone.. Pool is in a very sad state. However with all this said.. overall we would consider staying again. Great location and staff fantastic !! -

This condo was well furnished and had the right tropical feel for Key West. The location was excellent for seeing all of the Island and spending most of the time in the older parts which have the most action. I plan on retiring soon and would like to rent it for a month when that happens. I have been many places it this world and this destnation is my favorite. Mary Jackson

We were very pleased with our condo. The location is perfect. You can walk to everywhere. There are some great resteraunts right below you so its almost like having hotel access. Some of our friends stayed somewhere else and paid double what we did and we had triple the room. Nice clean. The only negative I would say is that the pool is small- but it does have one and you are steps away. Also if you have problem with stairs- all the bedrooms are up the stairs.
