Cardiff, WalesGreat apartment
Left on 06/05/2012 for a stay in May 2012
Although quite a walk from the action at Duval Street (approx 25 mins walk), it gave us an opportunity to explore other restaurants and bars in the area. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and well maintained. Each apartment has exclusive use of it's own hot tub, and patio/balcony area. The kitchen had a full sized fridge, and cooker with all utensils etc you need. Would recommend renting bikes for your stay to easily get around. There is also a large washing machine and dryer. If you are staying just 1 night in Key West then you may be better getting something nearer Duval Street, as that is what Key West is known for. We have been to Key West several times, and stayed in some beautiful historic guest houses, but this is the best property we have stayed in. Would highly recommend it, especially as we got to discover some great restaurants and bars nearby we would otherwise have not found.

Cape CoralWe'll be back again real soon!!!
Left on 10/19/2011 for a stay in October 2011
Wonderful little retreat in lower Key West; several blocks from Duval Street. We were looking for a place removed from the hustle and bustle of Duval yet in walking distance to it for eating and entertainment. The Heron Hideaway was just what we were looking for. Charming redone ole historical building with a lovely courtyard. The back court yard has a lush tropical, well manicured landscape with a jetted pool, sitting area, and gas grill. The landscaping makes the back private and intimate.
Since it is a total remodel of an older historical cottage, the rooms are small. But, with a perfect utilization of space, allowing for nice amenities like a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and French doors in the bedroom opening to the lush and tropical courtyard and your own private deck with a hot tub! It is the perfect place for a couple.
Make sure to stop at the grocery store on the way in, to get coffee, cream, sugar, and other essentials. Highly recommended for anyone that wants to get a few blocks away from Duval Street and doesn’t mind walking 10-15 minutes to all the action. The benefit is having a lovely oasis to escape back to during the day for a dip in the jetted pool or a relaxing soak in the hot tub! We loved the place and will be booking again real soon!!! And, there are several convenient stores right around the corner on the intersection of Truman and White. Plus, many nice restaurants to choose from too! We loved Mangia Mangia Italian on Southard street right off of White Street….great food, nice portions, and not overly priced like many eateries in Key West. We were impressed with the food! -

Durham, North CarolinaAwesome vacation rental
Left on 12/30/2010 for a stay in November 2010
My wife and I stayed at Heron Hideaway for Motm 2010. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Although it was not a concern for us, the online pictures make the property appear larger than it actually is. Again not a problem, just be aware. Although this property will house 4, in my opinion 2 people is a better fit. The property is nicely outfitted should you want to prepare meals at home. The hottub was outstanding. If your agenda is Duval St you will be a little far away, for us we split our time between the Casa Marina (Motm headquarters) and the bar scene so we were about halfway between both, easy bicycle rides for all.

I paid for a room for a honneymoon in full at 59 days prior to the stay my wife to be
called off our wedding. I contact management here and pleaded for a refund, they
declined. I was told it was a non-refundable stay. They told me my only avenue was
to sell the the room myself. The reservation was in my name, and we used a cedit
card from my wife to be which I had paid off after the payment was made to them.
Three days before the rental date someone contacted me a purchased the room at a
discounted price. My now ex showed up at the honneymoon suite and said she
wanted to stay in the room, they said your room was sold to someone else. My ex
threated to dispute her charges on her card and the without invrstigation or concern
for the truth the day after christmas removed the guest on the room contacted me at
7 am then they called the police and threatens to charge me with fraud, unreal. Long
and short they made me wire almost 4 thousand dollars in the next hour or they were
pressing charges. I spoke to my attorney he said it would cost me that much even
though I did nothing wrong to fight things so I just sent the money. At least the
credited that to my ex-fiancée credit card so she got the credit from them on top of
me paying for it. Great all around experience.

Left on 07/19/2009 for a stay in July 2009
I loved the Palm Isle that is the room we stayed in. It is actually a one bedroom apartment. Loved it Great location 2 blocks from down town. Room was great and the Air Conditioning works wonderful also it has a washer, dryer. We had a great time. The room is also located close to great restaurants as well walking distance. I would totally take advantage of the area by using a bicycle. The room is so close to down town that you ride a bike in about 5 minutes to everything. Have as much fun as we did, and P.S. feed the kitty "West" I named him..

As it was in the past, this was a wonderfult getaway place. Great location, beautiful unit, rental office staff friendly and helpful. The only small thing that may be mentioned is that both times we have stayed, though wonderfuly, the large shared jacuzzi was either not working or not cleaned.
We are already planning our next trip.... :)) -

We rented these accomodation on the internet on the basis of pictures. The pictures looked very nice but what we found was far greater that we ever expected. It was the upper story of a house with its own hot tub and a pool shared with the lower story. The house had been updated and very nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathroom were exquisite! Surrounding the pool was a very lush area with tropical plants. If I ever have occasion to go back to Key West I would definitely rent from Key West Vacation Rentals again!

Left on 07/03/2009 for a stay in May 2007
I secured the rental as a present to my boyfriend (now fiance) for his birthday. The rental was beautifully furnished and the we made good use of the private hottub on the back porch. Unfortunately, while we were there, a storm hit and it rained for most of the trip. That worked out just fine because we just snuggled and cuddled in the hot tub and were able to use the full kitchen which was fully stocked with supplied. I highly reocmmend this rental. We had a great time and it was absolutely a memborable experience.

Left on 07/03/2009 for a stay in April 2009
We stay at one of Center Court Key West's cottage's every year, have all been very nice, great location as well as an exceptionally accomodating staff (like the time I booked the cottage for the following month and showed up a month early!). The places are clean, booking is convenient and descriptions very accurate. We also travel with our 2 German Shepherds whenever possible so it's great to find a place that can accomodate big dogs, and not have a 10 lb wieght limit on them! It's an all around great experience, accomodation wise as well as Key West itself. Sometimes finding parking can be an issue in Key West, so if you have a lot of luggage or a big family, you may want to consider a cottage that has its own parking.

A solid 1 mile from Duval street but worth the walk and it is more quiet than right on Duval. Across the street from beer, liquor, and mini mart was convenient. Beautiful backyard, shaded w/ deck and hot tub. Nice front porch with some stray but sweet cats -lots of them on Key West!

We were very pleased with the Hebron Hideaway condo we rented in November. The kitchen had everything we needed and the stackable washer/dryer was a nice surprise! Everything was very comfortable and we are so glad we opted to rent a condo versus a hotel room. Having our private balcony that overlooked the tropical plants in the rear courtyard was a very relaxing way to start the day with a cup of coffee. Would stay there again if we make another trip back to Key West!!

North Palm Beach, FLYou can't go wrong with a Center Court Rental
Left on 06/29/2009 for a stay in October 2008
We visit Key West a minimum of twice of year. So over the years I have stayed at many places on the island. I can honestly say, of all the places I have stayed, Center Court Rentals have always been the best. They are super clean and have always been the best value for the money. They have locations all over the island, so no matter what it is you are looking for, they have it! You can't go wrong with a Center Court rental. For me, I won't stay anywhere else.

Left on 06/26/2009 for a stay in November 2007
we come to key west every november for the world powerboat races. this was our favorite place to stay. so much nicer than a hotel. we didn't mind the distance from duval street, since really nothing is very far in key west! we will definitely stay again if we aren't staying on the boat. i wouldn't even consider anywhere else. it was so nice to have our own hottub on the balcony outside! our friends rented the places next to us, so we all enjoyed the pool together & it was easy to make plans with us all staying in the same area.
i especially liked the decor of the houses-very modern & tasteful. i was pregnant when we stayed there & know it would be a perfect place to stay with kids-its just like being at home with all the different rooms- not just one hotel room. another reason i would never stay in a hotel in key west again- not when u have an option like this! -
