One block from famous Duval Street on Simonton Street and Truman Avenue (US 1), just a short walk to the infamous night-life or calm of the Atlantic shore or our Family or Adult pool, the Mallory Efficiency is central to all the action in Key West. The Mallory Efficiency is nestled at the rear of the complex. The bath has a custom tiled shower with glass door and vanity. Use Center Court's heated Family Pool, Adult Pool, as well as our European Sundeck are included, just a short stroll away.

Just got back from a wondeful trip to the Keys and a stay in the Mallory effeciency. Great spot to stay. Convenient to everything (including the beach) yet set back off the street so it's plenty quiet. We arrived in KW after the office had closed but we were provided with very explicit directions on how to operate the lock box to get our keys and how to find the unit. The office is not located right at the site of the rental property but it's only a half block away. Yes, parking could be a problem if you want to park right out front but there always seemed to be plenty of room in the alley across the street. Do as we did and rent bikes and once you park your car, you never have to move it until it's time to go home. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone and my wife and I will definitly come back to KW and stay in this efficiency again next time.

We spent a week in the Mallory Suite when we got married in Key West, and loved the accommodations. It was more affordable than many hotel rooms but had better amenities - it was like having our own apartment in Key West! We'll definitely keep Key West Vacation Rentals in mind for future visits, and I highly recommend the Mallory/Monroe/Truman suites. We had family staying with us, and they enjoyed their suites as well, but the best part was being in our own individual space and having more privacy than in a traditional hotel environment. The cleaning staff did an outstanding job, too.

We received good service. The location was very good, central to everything. The home was neat and had all amenities and lots of privacy. Things that could be improved: 1. The shower head needs to be adjusted so that the water doesn't spray outside the shower door; 2. The bathroom could use some more clothing hooks and maybe another shelf of some sort for toiletries; 3. The floor of the apartment in general turned the bottom of my feet black...could be a little cleaner; 4. The air conditioner was loud. It was on a thermostat, which I appreciated, but every time it turned itself on during the night, it woke me up.

The room was mostly just efficient. We spent more time there than we probaly would if the weather had been warmer. It was just a basic room with a view of nothing. The only place to sit was on a hard straight back chair or on the bed. There wouldn't be room for a bigger chair. I wouldn't stsy there again, ever!!
It was clean and had some decent kitchen supplies. They did supply a space heater, which helped. It would have been nice to have some salt and pepper( we couldn't find any}. -

Very quiet and scenic,the cottage was perfect for our needs.The neighbor on the other side of the fence was very helpful and informative we even shared some cooking recipies and traded off some dinners.I would highly recommend these units to anybody.Hope to be back next spring.

Our first-stay in Key West was great. The accomodations were comfortable and conveniently located within walking distance of most of the major sights.Bike and cart rentals were a block away. It was quiet and quaint, but the night life was right around the corner. Had a great time.

We have stayed with Key West Vacation Rentals numerous times. They have many different size and style units available. We have not had a bad unit yet. All have been very clean and decorated with Key West flair. We travel with our Yorkie, Spike. The staff is very pet friendly. I do not look for any other place to stay. We will rent from them again.

My husband and I are from Boynton Beach, Florida and were looking for a place in the Keys that were dog friendly, well, did we find it! The mallory was perfect for us! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend away! Everything was in walking distance and our Maltipoo loves it also...I know we will be back to visit Key West and when we do, we will be staying at the same location!!

This unit was very close to duval but far enough away for peace and quiet. Also located next to a great bar called the monkey bar.Unit was very well maintained and had a very nice open area right outside your door. Next time I visit I will stay there again

We have actually stayed twice at this property. We picked it the first time
because we needed to bring our elderly cat with us and thought we would be
bringing our new cat this time. We didn't bring the cat but we chose to stay
here anyway because of the friendly people, excellent, well equipped
accommodation, convenient location and great value for the price. And it's
cute too! We would certainly chose to stay here again and would suggest it to

We decided to take our dog, Zorro, a labrador retriever mix, to Key West for a
vacation. We needed a pet friendly place to stay. The efficiency unit we rented
was very clean, comfortable, and convenient to all the night life that Zorro
wanted to see. If only it was closer to the dog park!
Although an efficiency, the small size was not a problem for the three of us.
The bed was not worn out, the appliances were not old. Everything was new
and clean. It was a better place to stay than our home.
When we come back to Key West, this is where we're going to stay. -

Beautifully decorated cottage--We could live there year-round! Key West inspired furniture, a full newly remodeled kitchen, and modern bath. Walking distance to all the sights (only a block from Duval), yet nice and quiet. The cottage was very modern and clean, and the rental staff was very helpful and friendly. We found this on a pet friendly website and our Golden loved the fenced in area and cool tile floors. We would recommend this to anyone seeking an authentic Key West experience in a cottage right out of Better Homes and Gardens magazine! We are returning next Christmas!!
