On Olivia Street, just 1-1/2 short blocks to Duval Street, this suite at 712 Olivia Street sits in a tropical garden setting with a large blue tiled pool at its center. At the site of the former Colony, these units have been renovated and feature private porches, vaulted ceilings and a very spacious feel. There is a King Bedroom with TV, private bath, Living Room with Q Sleeper Sofa, TV, DVD, Stereo, full kitchen.

The service we received was very satisfying. The home was clean and practical. The location was ideal to the desired areas in Key West as long as you had a bicycle. We liked the privacy and serenity the place offered and did not dislike anything inparticular about the rental. Overall, our stay was as great as we had hoped it would be!

We very much enjoyed our getaway in Key West. We rented bikes the first day and made our way all over town. The Verde Suite is clean, convenient and had all the amenities necessary to enjoy a quiet respite. I wish the pool area had been tended to more frequently. It needs an upgrade - new furniture and someone gardening more regularly. Also, the neighbors were building making for some unwanted noise by the pool. While in the Suite, you were isolated from that problem. We would return. The Mastersons

Room itself was nice but the surroundings were filthy, smoke and fire alarms went off all night every night, pool was disgusting, we had homeless hanging out all night, tv did not work the whole time we were there and the customer service was terrible. I would never stay there again.

I can't say enough about our experience with the Key West Vacation Rentals, from the friendly staff to the quaint cottages we rented for our son's wedding. Both bride & groom's family rented many cottages with Key West Vacation Rentals and the staff kept all the moving parts in order from making sure grandma had a downstairs unit to the bride/groom having a deluxe cottage for their honeymoon night. The staff even had suggestion to help with our wedding planning. The Verde cottage, an upstairs unit, was well appointed with a large walk in shower, hot tub on the back deck, washer/dryer, full kitchen, beautiful wood floors and balcony. We loved this cottage! Some of our family rented the unit below and next door so we enjoyed a cookout in the backyard garden and swimming in the pool. Other family members joined us there for a private, quiet, relaxing dinner the day after the wedding. The staff was available via the phone in our cottage should a problem arrive... and it did. We didn't know where my brother & mother's cottage was located so the staff kindly gave us directions to their Key West Vacation Rental...which was also fabulous I might add. We walked, rented mopeds and golf carts to get around Key West and enjoy all the night life. We all highly recommend staying in the Historical cottages with Key West Vacation Rentals if you want a true Florida Key West vacation experience! Consider having your next family reunion or destination wedding here :)

We stayed at the Verde Suite for the second half of our honeymoon. The condo itself was even better then the pictures show. It was secluded enough that you don't have to listen to the passersby, but it was close enough to be able to walk to pretty much everywhere. The only complaint we had was the pool. The heater was not working and the water was very cold. Other then that, it was GREAT. We are planning on returning this November for our anniversary and hope to stay at the Verde again!

The Verde Suite was a perfect location for our family vacation this summer. The suite was decorated with really nice furniture and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our vacation. The pool was very inviting and we enjoyed swimming in the perfect temperatures. The only problem was the limited on-street parking and relatively long distance walk to Mallory Square. We will definitely stay there again!!

The Verde Suite has a tropical theme with warm colors throughout. Beautiful full length shutters on french doors going out to the veranda. Also french doors off the master suite with a private patio. The Verde is in a courtyard setting with shared by three other bungalows- with a large pool in the center, again shared by all. Tropical foliage, very nice! If I could change one thing, I would put a bathroom in the master suite. Sharing one between three people was not always easy. We parked the car the whole time and rented bikes to travel around, the best way to get around in my opinion. I recommend The Verde Suite, it felt very safe and comfortable. We slept with the french doors open!!

I have stayed in other KW Vacation properties and this by far was not up to par with the others. The unit itself was OK. Very dark inside and too small for 4 people. It should be offered for two people only. Not as nice as others. The pool was not clean and vegetation growing around the property was out of control. For sale sign outside of the units led us to believe they were trying to sell the property. I would not stay here again.
I wanted to stay at our favorite property but it was not available. We enjoy the townhomes nearby. -

This is the first time we have stayed with kids and the verde suite was perfect with the efficiency kitchen and pool. Loved the BED!!! Loved the linens and dark room- walking distance to all- only wish is that we could have stayed longer. We are die hard center court fans and this just reinforced our opinion of your hospitality!

Our early June visit was a spur of the moment trip and I am so glad we chose the Verde Suite on Olivia Street. It is tucked into a lush, tropical compound. Each unit is very private, our unit had a very private small deck and the interior was beautiful, clean and inviting. Only once during our 4 day stay was there ever anyone in the pool when we chose to cool off, it was as if it was our own private lagoon. The property is very
"natural", lots of lush greenery, weathered siding and lots of privacy. The location seemed right in between the 2 sides of the island, one being the exciting Mallory Square, Duvall St. side and the other the quite, southern most point beach side. Using bicycles to get around was not an atheltic venture, but a relaxing, stepping back into time way to see the beautiful island. We will DEFINITELY stay at the Verde Suite when we return to Key West. -

The little house was nicely maintained and comfortable. My wife remarked that this house was all she would need if we ever retired..A nice bedroom, a small little living room and a kithen. The pics made the pool area seem a little more spread out than it was but it was quiet and relaxing...close walk to everything.

We stayed at the Verde Suite for a long girls weekend. The house was perfect for the trip. The bedroom is decorated beautifully and the bed was so comfortable, especially after a long day out on the water. It was great having a kitchen as well. The house was a few blocks off Duvall St and within walking distance of everything. I loved the way the place felt secluded with a courtyard and the pool was the perfect way to relax. I would recommend the Verde Suites to anyone looking to stay in Key West.

Glorius week in a great little suite with almost everything you would want. The only thing missing was the availability of authorized parking although there are parking spaces adjacent to the complex that remained vacant the entire week
Everything else ranks high. Cleanliness, secluded, close to everything in Old Town.
Would I do it again? In a heartbeat....as a matter of fact I am planning a trip for next year and Key West Vacation Rentals will be my first contact.
