Unique oceanfront living sitting 65 feet from the Atlantic. Listen to the water as ocean breezes cool you. This comforatble 2 bedroom unit features a huge oceanfront balcony accessed from both the living/dining area and master bedroom. This unit features central heat/air, cable TV, washer/dryer, well equipped kitchens, 2 baths, security entry, and elevator access. Resort amenities include oceanside pools (one heated), tennis court, outside cooking facilities, workout room and sauna. Sleeps 4-5 (with extra charges over 4). Bedding: 1 queen, 2 twins, 1futon (in 2nd bedroom)

112 Beach Club is a large 2b/2b condo right on the atlantic! The complex is a secure property with very nice amenities.
This condo itself is a bit dated, but was very clean and comfotable to stay.
We would rent this unit again.

Beautiful view and very quiet, perfect place to relax. Fitness room was a great bonus and the pools were very clean and easily accessed. Internet service was excellent. The best part was the privacy that the Condo offered.

The view from this condo is outstanding and breathtaking! The inside of this condo was very disappointing and way past due for updating. The bedding was stained and old. The white couch is so stained that it was covered with bed blankets to hide the stains. Funny though the blankets were stained too! The condo was overloaded with personal items that made it very uncomfortable to be in. There was not enough room for us to put our things for the week. Needs lots of work for me to spend $3000/week to come back! The location of this condo was great. The condo complex was also nice with 2 pools! But this unit I will not recommend! Owners need to spend $$ before renting again!!

It was a nice condo, accommodating my wife and I and another couple vacationing with us, but it was dirty. The refrig and appliances were not cleaned, the home was pretty much uncleaned other that the floor that was vacuumed. The owners clothes were left in the dressers and therefore the dressers could not be used. Otherwise the location of Beach Club 112 was nice, with a view of the water.

This property was very clean, quiet, with a very good oceanfront view. The people we met were very friendly. The walk each morning to town was about thirty five minutes and very easy. Thanks to ambassador Kaplan for sharing his property.

This condo was fabulous, one of the best we've ever rented. We WILL be back to Key West (barring the damn BP oil), and we will lease this unit again if available. Beautifully furnished, all of the amenities, fabulous view. The owners have a friend who lives on site, and was most friendly and helpful when needed. On Atlantic Ave., it was away from the huste and bustle of old downtown Key West, but an easy bike ride away to everything.

My husband and I have stayed other places in Key West but, words cannot describe how thrilled we were to find this place! Every adjective you can think of can be applied to it. From the moment you open the door, you can see straight thru the condo onto the ocean!! A beautiful palm tree on the beach is framed by enormous glass doors that lead to a spacious ocean-front porch fully furnished to enjoy your time outside. The living area is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is large, easy and fun. The washer and dryer are in the kitchen (BONUS!!!)The master bedroom has another set of HUGE glass sliders that also go to the fantastic deck described previously. We used the 2nd bedroom as a closet-which worked out really well for us. Both bathrooms (another bonus!!!) were roomy and comfortable. The location was perfect, quiet but close to all the normal Key West happenings. Actually I can't think of a single thing we were not happy about. We have used Rent Key West every time we have come to the Keys for the last 3 years. The folks are always friendly, helpful and accomodating. If you are contemplating renting this unit, you will not be disappointed. It is awesome!!

This unit was just lovely, the view off the terrace was amazing. We had the pool (one of 2) to ourselves everyday. We never heard any of our neighbors. Although the beach was not manicured, the unit was very close to 2 beaches, if you want to sit in the sand.
We could see cruise ships and parasailing right off the pation. I can't say enough, it was GREAT.
