Make our lovely home your dream vacation destination in fun-filled tropical Key West, Florida. "1800 Atlantic" is Key West's premiere luxury condo complex on a private Atlantic Ocean beach. Our beautifully furnished large 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo overlooks a serene tropical garden. Both bathrooms and kitchen were just remodeled this fall. The master bath now has a heated spa tub. The condo was very nice with a large balcony. The pool was also large and nice. You have to pay for tennis. We took a lesson from one of the pros and she was excellent. It's too far from downtown to walk so you need a car or scooter. You have to pay to park downtown. There are meters and lots. In January the atlantic beach is cold and windy, so it would be better to stay downtown or near the Gulf.

Let me start out by saying that Patrick was a pleasure to deal with throughout our vacation planning venture. He was very professional, accommidating and quick to answer any questions we had. The condo was perfect for our 6 family members during our stay. It was spacious, clean and had everything you could ever need to make you feel at home. There was even a cooler, beach chairs, rafts and beach towels if you decided to take the short walk to Smathers Beach for the day. We spent most of our sun/swim time at the awesome pool overlooking the atlantic. Just beautiful! The condo sits just above the amazing gardens on the property and although it is not an ocean view, relaxing with your morning coffee on the patio is terrific. We rented bikes and used the public bus ($8.00 for weekly unlimited rides and the stop is just across the street) for our travels to Duval, Mallory Square, etc. Saved lots of money on cab fares and eating breakfast/lunch in. This allowed for more $'s for our shopping ventures! The complex is extremely secure with gated pool area, gated parking and a staff that was friendly and helpful. Some things in the condo could use some updating so if you're looking for a 5 star exclusive, luxury condo you won't find it here but you will find a comfortable, pleasant home away from home at a great value.

Our family had an outstanding week at the condo "Tropical Paradise on the atlantic Ocean" managed by Patrick Bunyan in Key West. The unit is spacious for two adults and three teenagers with all of the comforts of home. The master suite included a separate dressing area and a giant Jacuzzi tub. The kids enjoyed spreading out in their own bedroom with two single beds and the sleeper sofa in the living room. Our family absolutely loved the "Olympic size" lap pool and Jacuzzi which overlooked the beach and the ocean. The views of the ocean were fantastic and all of the gardens on the property were beautiful, lush, and tropical. The beach area is unique for Key West because it is right there next to the pool area-- so many other condos in Key West only have a beach on the other side of the highway. We were only about five minutes away by car from all of the action and night life in Key West... however, the condo complex was extremely quiet and a very relaxing place to get away from it all as we sat by the pool or on the beach. We will definitely return to this condo the next time that we visit Key West-- whether you have a family or you are traveling as a couple, this condo is the one of the best you could choose in Key West!

Wonderful place, very roomy with tons of space! Washer and dryer in the unit was a plus. Only suggestion: get higher quality mattresses for the two bedrooms - they are a bit old.

Patrick was very professional and courteous. The two bedroom condo was very large and accommodated the six people in my family very well. The Courtyard, heated pool, hot tub and grille were very nice to have access to. We also played a few sets of tennis which was very fun. The location was very close to Smathers Beach and a nice bike ride to Duval. We really enjoyed all the amenities the condo had to offer. It was a great value for the money. We would stay here again
