Love Sunrise Suites! We have stayed there for many years. They ONLY REASON there wasn't 5 stars in all categories is that we are noticing that the inside of the units are needing to be updated. Furniture, and appliances are getting old!!

We loved the location and the property. Check-in was a nightmare as the office was closed when we arrived at 4:45pm. Our key was taped to the door, but we could not access a map of the city, laundry facilities, or pool towels. The note indicated we needed to check in the next morning by 11am, so we changed our plans to accommodate them. Upon check-in the next morning, we were told that they closed the office for a "function." It would have been nice to have placed a local map in with the key and given some idea as to why the office was closed when it was indicated that office hours were from 9am-7pm on the window.

washing machine and clothes drier were missing. That is the most inconvenient part here.

The condo we stayed in was kinda dirty and the cabinet was totally off the hinges in the bathroom and almost fell on my foot and one of the pillows was hard and uncomfortable. But the outside property was clean. The management was helpful when booking the room.

Good location...great staff...nice property, yet our room (#303) neeeded up-keeping...for example, top lock on door was broken, some walls were stained, the sliding door lock was was "run-down."
For a family, it's spacious and convenient. It had a nice balcony, with a double-sliding door, and a view of the pool. -

Location was further away than we wanted to be. Unit needed a good deep cleaning and updating of furniture, however the bed was comfortable. Was nice that they didn't require a 5 night min. stay. Price was comparable to other resorts we checked and there were NO added fee's like most of the other resorts had.

I stayed at my property for a week in July and I was pleasantly surprised with the state of my unit and the resort as a whole. I had not visited for over three years and expected the condo to be "over-used and tired." It was not at all. The place was well-kept and very clean. I had to refurbish some kitchen stuff, but overall the kitchen was well-equipped and everything was in good running condition. I was very happy with the place, as well as the service I received from the staff. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I am very proud to market my unit for potential guests.

You don't get a view of the water, however it's nice to have two bedroom/bath plus a full size kitchen for about the same price you pay for a hotel. The downside of the place is the hot tube closes at 8pm....well in KeyWest it's way too hot to be in the hot tube during the day~

The kitchen sink sprayed water every where, I fixed it. Deadbolt lock on the entry door is broken. Trash can lid was not usable due to the top of the trash can was broken.

We really appreciated the property manager's advice and care, Jamie was great! We enjoyed th watm pool and tub, the sheltered location was a great asset. Being right on the bus route in a friendly neighbourhood was great. A small play park for children would have been wonderful.

We went back down to my home town of Key West (yup, I'm a native) for the Lobster mini season and decided to stay at the Sunrise Suites. First of all, we messed around all the way down the Keys so we arrived really late. No worries though because when we arrived our room key was waiting for us at the office. The property was GREAT!. Nice big condo with 2 BR's and a sleeper sofa. Ice cold AC, a nice kitchen and a balcony overlooking the pool. The place has plenty of parking and even has its own little general store in case you need ice or beer, or beer. :) We love this place and will recommend it to anyone. Thanks!

The location was perfect for us, in a quiet enclave of other villas, townhouses, rentals. Directly opposite the suites was a waterfront walkway, with great views of the ocean as you walked or jogged.

Our stay was OK "overall", but our unit was NOT to the standards of a three star resort. The furniture was too old and/or worn out in such a way that we nearly asked for a change of unit... So we cannot recommend that resort without making some "warning"
