Come stay at our beautiful waterfront condos. Whether you want a suite for two or a retreat for up to fourteen guests you will enjoy your stay at Pelican Landing. Our secure building has elevators, full-size heated pool, free boat slip (space permitting), private off-street parking, outdoor grills, fish cleaning station, large balconies, cable TV, CD stereo system, private baths for all bedrooms with hair dryers, all linens (bed, bath & beach) provided, in-room safes, concierge service. Great place on the water! Our unit we rented was very nice for key west! I would suggest having the ceiling cleaned by the vents.. Very dirty but no big deal.. We will be back..

The 'Andros Suite' was great. It has a beautiful view of the water and the pool down below. The kitchen is huge and well equipped. We cooked dinner for 8 with no problem. The office staff were super friendly - and on leaving, we couldn't find one of our keys - and of course, once we got back to Miami, it magically appeared. I called the office and they let me mail it back to them without charging me the key replacement fee.
The only two cons:
* The kitchen desperately needs a spatula and some tongs! (those were literally the only things missing)
* The weather was not the 'tropical paradise' I'd been hoping for - so I guess we'll have to come back! -

We enjoyed our Christmas vacation in Key West. Pelican Landing was a great place to stay and I would recommend it to others. The property was nice but no thrills. Our condo, the Andros suite, was nice and very clean but was in need of a few minor repairs - broke cabinet doors, off balance fans, and door vertical blinds that fell off when opening and shutting. When I mentioned these things to the management staff person, her response was - " oh those are custom cabinets." Not concerned at all. For the price we paid, I expect more.

The new management company and revised rules are a welcomed pleasure. Please fix the electric on the dock and above the fish cleaning table. Hard to clean fish in the dark. I look foward to our next stay with you.

The furniture was stained and dirty. Glass in kitchen cabinets broken or missing. Floors were very dirty, we kept our sandals on at all times. The bedroom furniture could use a round of Liquid Gold to remove the water spots. The master bedroom light did not work even after replace the bulb. I've stayed in several condos in Florida & S. Carolina at comparable rates that were in much better condition. This condo needs some TLC.

The unit we stayed in was ok. The area/view is beautiful. Pool area needs updating. Clean but not immaculate. When we arrived the bathroom door was off the hinges. When I let someone know it was fixed immediately. The place has great potential with a little TLC and the staff is very friendly.

The condo was really clean and the rooms were spacious. It overlooks the bay , so the views are very pleasing to the eye. The security is solid, they have keys to the elevators as well, so you know only guests have access.
The location is the USP of this place. It is so close to all the activity- the beaches- Duval street- name it and everything is just 5 minutes away. If you have a car that's great, but it is a great place to rent bikes and just bike around.
The place had 2 bathrooms, one of which had a clogged bathtub, which they fixed as soon as we called for assistance.
Highly recommended!! The only thing I would like to suggest is -carry a pair of flip flops to wear around the house , cause of the proximity to the sea and the roads , the floor is not as clean as one would like it to be, but nothing that a pair of flip flops cannot solve :) -

overall great unit. Needs some details:
2 cup coffee service left for 4 people
tub drain plugged, no light over dinner table. needs additional dishes. closet light doesnt work in guest room. floor needed cleaning. -

This is the second time I have stayed at Pelican Landing and I love it. I really have no complaints. The rooms were clean, the kitchen and living area was very nice. It rained the whole time we were there so we were inside most of the time. It was a very comfortable trip.

There were guests above us on Friday and Saturday nights that partied or fought "ALL" night long so that our sleep was often interrupted. After they left it was fine.

The tile floors need to be steam cleaned, this is our 4th year walking on grimy tiles. Put on white socks and walk for 5 minutes, you'll see. The bed linens this year were very rough and uncomfortable. Please unclog the parking lot drain so the dumpster
washout doesn't stand and smell up the entire property. THIS IS A HEALTH HAZARD! Dirty tiles and smelly parking lots need to be addressed ASAP. If these are done and maintained throughout the year, your property would be almost perfect. Could you add fans
to the cabana, it's very hot without ventilation and the gas grills need repair. Overall, I love staying here, just a little tweaking is all that is needed. Feel free to call my cell at if any clarification is needed. Thanks, Jerry Upcavage. -

Overall excellent. No real issues with property.
My only disappointment was the the promised Wi-Fi was not working and the management company just said "yes sometimes we have problems".
Otherwise, it would have been perfect. -

The Manager was incredible, went above and beyond!! We would hire her in a second for our office if she lived in Tampa. Your location is perfect for our boating family. Dockage was perfect and pool and patio very nice. Our 4th year in the same unit, and we will stay again. Love having a washer and dryer in the unit. Problem areas... Cockroaches were all over our kitchen area. We are a very clean family never leave dishes or food out. Still there were LOTS of roaches of every size from little tiny ones all the way to full grown! Tile floors were not very clean, even in low traffic areas like the master bedroom, your socks would become dirty just walking. The cushions on the couches in the family room needed a good cleaning or replacing. Easy things to fix with a deep cleaning and pest control. Lastly, the elevator did not have an inspection sticker, hopefully it just fell off.
