Come stay at our beautiful waterfront condos. Whether you want a suite for two or a retreat for up to fourteen guests you will enjoy your stay at Pelican Landing. Our secure building has elevators, full-size heated pool, free boat slip (space permitting), private off-street parking, outdoor grills, fish cleaning station, large balconies, cable TV, CD stereo system, private baths for all bedrooms with hair dryers, all linens (bed, bath & beach) provided, in-room safes, concierge service. After a few long months working we decided to take a relaxing vaca to the keys..when we 1st arrived there were about 10 people at the pool. They were very drunk and Very loud. I thought in the keys it is about no shirt no shoes no problem... not true!!!The room was dirty and the floors were white tile w black dirt on them. Your feet were black within seconds. We had to wear shoes the entire trip inside and slept with socks on. The AC was broke for four days! I mean literally no AC. then the toilets broke on the 2nd day. Real awesome having poop and tour husband is in the next room. The staff did fix it and were courteous but this is a vacation not work. We were very uncomfortable. If of you try to relax at the pool.. Have fun! It was super loud from the pool pump and construction on the road. We spent 90% of our trip trying to avoid the room. The othe 10% trying to gt a nights sleep w the partying and drinking at the pool until 4 am each night. We left at 6 am the last day of our trip because we couldn't wait to leave. Horrible horrible horrible! Don't waste your money. I am not relaxed and now have to return to work still stressed.

I called ahead of time to make sure they had a heated pool but needless to say it was broke and took several days to fix. We were traveling with young children. There was a cold spell while we were there and out heating unit was broke. It was over 30 YRS old! However property managment did get us extra blankets for our room.
I did take pictures of our room and the poor cleaning service and the heating unit and plan to post yet on tripadvisors. The owners of this unit really should update the unit. Fridge leaked and needed repair, heating unit needs to be replace....broken drawers in the kitchen and so on.
