The only thing missing in the room was an ice bucket. Everything else was very nice. Key West was under construction at the time but it didn't stop us from going.

served our purposes for our two day stay. Room was clean and the pool was very nice. Only issue was the sheets were obviously clean but one of the beds had a oily stain on the mattress sheet up near headboard with a long hair on it. We slept in the other bed which was spotless. Coffee pot and coffee provided but no sugar or creme, we didn't bother to call. Other places to stay but the prices are way higher!

Left on 10/31/2012 for a stay in October 2012
Stayed for 3 nights for Fantacy Fest, great location its about a 20 min walk to Duaval. Walked on Olivia street past the cemetary, kind of creepy but fun, it was less windy than US 1. The place was quiet, the only thing was there was an interior door, could hear the people next to us in the kitchen making noise with plates, silverware and opening and closing the fridge. Placed a towel under the door, it did not help much. It would have been nice to have a little fridge in the room. We filled our cooler with ice and used that to keep things cold, the ice machine worked great. Did not use the outside facilities because of hurricane Sandy. I would stay there again.

I did not like the parking and having to use an elevator. Also the noise from the room next to me was to much and could be fixed by sealing the bottom of the door.

Troy, MIit was ok
Left on 04/19/2011 for a stay in April 2011
The room was ok. Just a basis bed and nothing else. No mini fridge, no coffee maker, nothing. If you dont offer that, you would expect at least a continental breakfast or at least coffee in the lobby. Advertised as a condo complex but I didnt see anyone that looked like they lived there. Its a hotel that has condo type rooms. Grounds were dirty, pool looks like no one had swam in it for weeks. Had this cute tiki bar poolside but was told its just for looks or you can use it if you have a party. The room we had was an adjoining room which had a gap under the door at least 2 inches so you could see peoples feet walking around and every word they said. It was walking distance to Duval Street, but save your money and stay down the road at an actual hotel where for a few bucks more you get a hot breakfast, poolside bar, and housekeeping. They never cleaned our room in 3 days. Garbage overflowed, floor was grity because it was tile. Only housekeeping we got was a bag of clean towels outside our room.

detroitRoom was ok, grounds were not so nice
Left on 04/18/2011 for a stay in April 2011
This place is advertised as a condo complex. Its not. It's a hotel that has condo style rooms as well as standard hotel rooms. I was thinking I was staying at a place that had pride of ownership. Nope just rental property. The room was ok. Housekeeping never came to our room other than to exchange towels. Tile floors were never swept the entire stay, garbage was overflowing and the room we stayed in had an adjoining door that had a two inch crack from the bottom so you could hear everything next door. The pool was dirty and so was the deck around it. Looks like it hadnt been cleaned or swept in weeks. The pool had a tiki bar but it was never open. One stairwell was completely dark, very dangerous. A girl was killed after she fell down the stairwell. You think they would of fixed the lighting situation after something like that happened. For the price we paid, the room has no amenities. Not even a little coffee maker or anything. No breakfast or anything. Not even coffee in the lobby. I would suggest staying down at the Quality Inn or another hotel a few blocks down. Couple bucks more but at least you get breakfast, a huge clean pool, an actual tiki bar that is open. Very disappointing stay.
