Come stay at our beautiful waterfront condos. Whether you want a suite for two or a retreat for up to fourteen guests you will enjoy your stay at Pelican Landing. Our secure building has elevators, full-size heated pool, free boat slip (space permitting), private off-street parking, outdoor grills, fish cleaning station, large balconies, cable TV, CD stereo system, private baths for all bedrooms with hair dryers, all linens (bed, bath & beach) provided, in-room safes, concierge service. All our units are non smoking.

All in all OK. Big advantage is that you could walk to the centre (Duval & co.). Small minus is that you have to pay in advance and that the room in fact looks a bit worse than on the photos.

orginally we had booked a room as misread the details. e then moved into a suite which is really worth the extra money ( unless all you want is a bed to sleep in ) . The lady on reception made this very easy for us and the cleaning staff went out of their way to prepare the room so the room was available. The suite was lovely and equipped to a very high standard .. I would certanily recommend it is worth the little bit extra as made the stay most comfortable and enjoyable

Visiting w/our daughter in Ft. Lauderdale, drove down for the wkend to Key West. Had a Great Time!
Customer Service was good.
Exterior: Older looking small condo building on the water - nice.
Interior: Room was clean - just wished for a fridge.
Parking lot issue: Parked the rental car...for the wkend and walked or cabbed it. Not the closest to Duval but it was ok - All the walking kept some of those extra pounds off!
I really do wish people were more honest these days, as i know this happens all the time... When we arrived, we backed the rental car into a spot and left it until we left on Mon a.m. Unfortunately, at some point, it was hit, but we didn't know until we returned it to the rental facility! Kind of a bad ending to a great wkend - I'm sure it was hit in the lot there as I had gone out for coffee Mon a.m. and parked in a different spot when I came back. I remember even making a comment that the spots are tight to back out of because there was no car behind me so it made it easier. I realize there is nothing anyone can do - just feel better :)
