Come stay at our beautiful waterfront condos. Whether you want a suite for two or a retreat for up to fourteen guests you will enjoy your stay at Pelican Landing. Our secure building has elevators, full-size heated pool, free boat slip (space permitting), private off-street parking, outdoor grills, fish cleaning station, large balconies, cable TV, CD stereo system, private baths for all bedrooms with hair dryers, all linens (bed, bath & beach) provided, in-room safes, concierge service. Property needs some attention. Various places where the walls and balcony floors were buckling. Hopefully was just the surface and not structural. Room could use updating. Most rooms had old tube televisions with only a very small flat panel in the master. Also old appliances.

The place was great, we had the 12 person unit on the top floor. The top floor units have a balcony on both sides of the condo (harbor and island view) great! Unit was reasonably clean, girls thought it needed a little better cleaning. Fridge was old, but worked fine. Unit had alot of room. Boat slip worked out great, rented from Spencer boat yard within walking distance. Pool was very cold in the middle of March, did not feel heated.

Great place, great location, would do it again in a heart-beat! The only drawback was a couple of very loud parties but they mostly eventually controlled themselves and I realize that the rental company tries to go out of its way to ID these, so just life.

The size of condo was great. The beds were comfortable & seemed new. Baths could use a little updating of stained grout. A new sofa, coffee table, area rug, lamps would really make this condo look cleaner. Needed more silverware. Overall good value. Just needed a little TLC.

We rented this condo for some chillin' family time when my son returned for his deployment in the Marine Corps. We rented the suite that slept 12 and when we arrived, were surprised at how spacious all the rooms were. Great location! We will definitely be back.

This 4 bedroom/4 bath condo was great for 8 people. Very large interior with a very large balcony overlooking the inlet. About a 30 minute walk to the southernmost point and most of the bars, but very quiet in the area around the condo complex.

The Condo was great with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and a beautiful view of the water. It was great for a large family wedding party. Unfortunately, the location is across from a public safety facility and firestation so sirens keep you up all night. And due to Spring Break we had lots of party goers and some that even slept by the pool at night. Also, we tried to use the grills one night and there was no gas for any of the grills. The elevator broke on our next to the last day but it was fixed before we left. Alex was very nice to work with during the reservation process.

The place is as described. Not fancy but certainly serviceable. Location better than expected. About a mile to the action on Duval Street.
My issue was with the property management company. We weren't able to check in early (not that big of a deal) but even when we checked in 45 minutes after the normal check in time, the cleaning crew was still working on the room. Again, not a big deal, but not great either.
The biggest problem happened after check out. The management company let us store our bags in the office until we were ready to head to the airport. The office was supposed to be open until 5 pm. We said we'd be back sometime after 3 to get our bags. We arrived at 3:45 pm to a locked and unoccupied office. We had a flight at 5:10 pm. After a couple of phone calls, I talked to the property manager who wasn't all that helpful or sorry. I was told that the office agent was out "showing a unit" and would be back in 5 minutes. 5 minutes turned into at least 10. When the agent returned, she wasn't even apologetic for being gone and not telling us or leaving a way to contact her. IMO, the agent should never have left the office without a note or phone number in case we showed up while she was gone. She knew she had our bags, that we had flights that afternoon, and that we would be back sometime after 3 to get them. The stress created by barely getting to the airport in time was enough to spoil my opinion of the property. At least act like you care than your customers were inconvenienced. -

It was a very large condo and perfect for our long weekend bachelorette party. It had all the ammenities, just a little out-dated. It was a very pretty location on the water and we were on the top floor so from our large balconies we could see everything! The company was very easy to work with, which was helpful with such a large group.

I was told by someone that works there that 3 rooms had 2 queens bed in it. When I got there 2 rooms had 2 queen beds and 2 rooms had king beds so I was thankful I brought air mattresses. Then they only came one time to give us fresh towels, I was there for 4 days. And the manager Jamie was very rude to me one night because of something that another guest at the hotel had do. So dew to all negatives I came across I would not stay there again and would rather pay a little more and have a much more enjoyable visit in Key West. Also, a lot of palmetto bugs were inside the hotel.

Really big condo. Plenty of space for 12 and more. The place was pretty clean. The walk to Duval is pretty far, but cabs are not that expensive. Convenient spot to fish from. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms and the balconies were great. The property manager failed to mention that the washing machine was broken so when we attempted to use it, it flooded the entire kitchen. But the manager was very helpful over the phone and brought us new towels. The stuff found in the kitchen could have been cleaner and less used but otherwise we all loved it!

This is our 2nd stay at this property. We stayed in 2007. The property was not very clean. The rugs were filthy as well as the floor and we found roaches.
The refrigerator did not work at first until the guys reset it. Also hair dryer in one room did not work and shower had poor flow. We reported this on Monday of our stay and nothing happened. When we reported again on Thursday they sent someone up. We were leaving Friday morning.
The location is absolutely great.
This unit needs rugs cleaned and a new coach. It is very dirty and roach came out of it.
We feel for the money we paid it could have been cleaner.
If cleaned and maintenance issues taken care of it would be a fabulous place.
