Where should I get started...obviously the property manager doesn't check out his properties before handing the keys over to the next guests. There were crumbs on the table from the last group...the floors and rugs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed or wipe down in months (the amount of dog hair was disgusting).Ants everywhere!! Most of the light bulbs were burnt out, broken chairs, the air conditioner leaked all over the floor in the bedroom, the frig smelled like rotten food and the bathtub didn't drain so you had water up to your calves.We purchased cleaning supplies and tried to make it work but we ended up leaving 3 days earlier...when we handed the keys in...the property manager had the nerve to say we should have said something earlier but isn't that his job to make sure everything is perfect prior to my vacation...

We're very sorry to hear you didn't like the property and as we said when you left early we would have loved an opportunity to turn your experience into a positive one. You're right; our job is to have everything perfect for your arrival and it appears someone failed in this instance. However, we have multiple properties that we could have moved you to or we certainly could have addressed your issues without having you go to the store if we had been notified. Again, we're sorry you didn't enjoy your stay.

My spouse and I took a few days to discover Key West while getting some rest. The Hidden Oasis, as its name indicates, is a beautiful a quite place ideal for relaxing. What the name does not precise, is that you are in the mean time very close to Duval Street and all its shops, bars & restaurants... It leaves no place to boredom!
The place is clean, well furnished and exactly as advertise. -

This was very well situated in the Old City Key West. The property was very well looked after and the suite had everything we expected. The BBQ could be updated but everything else was excellent.

What a great place to stay right near Duvall. We had been in Key West for a week for my birthday and it just happened to be Fantasy Fest, so the rates are more expensive and this place was unavaliable for our entire stay. We loved the 3 days we were here. It was so clean and such a cute place. Fully equipped kitchen, which we didn't use, but it had everything you needed. It was 2 blocks from Duval and an easy walk after a night of eating and drinking. John Murphy was a pleasure to rent from and Kevin the property person was wonderful. We seen Kevin on site everyday cleaning the pool, picking up leaves and such a great guy. I really didn't research other rates of places this close to Duval but it was worth our stay. If we return to Key West again we would definatly rent from John again.

This condo is part of a nice group of units that are convenient to everything in Key West. The pool and grounds were pretty (spent a lot of time in the pool with our 2 year old) and were well maintained. The owner was very pleasant to work with and the property manager was extremely helpful. It was a quiet location, aside from the a.m. roosters - but they seem unavoidable anywhere in old town. The on-site (coin operated) laundry was a bonus as well. The pull out couch wouldn't be too comfortable for adults but was fine for a small child.

The condo is truly a nice, quiet retreat just a short walk from Duval St. We enjoyed the cozy and relaxed atmosphere of this pet-friendly condo, walking our dog around the quiet neighborhood, the secluded swimming pool right outside our door, the private backyard patio and grill, and meeting the neighbors, both travelers and residents of Key West. There are several wonderful restaurants within walking distance of the condo which are delightful! We will definitely consider staying at the condo on our next trip to Key West.
