Henry, we had a wonderful time at your condo in Key West. This was probably the best vacation my family and I have ever taken. We have been all over on vacation and we pick this for our vacation spot from here on out. The condo was wonderful and very inviting. This is a home away from home except for the paradise thing of course. Thanks for making it great!!! See you soon...

I'll start with the pros - the place was very nicely decorate and equipped. The pool area was also very nice, spacious and well-maintained.
The cons - 1) This unit (the Penthouse) is right on a very noisy road. It's very difficult to sleep at night with all of the traffic. The porch is nice but way too loud with the street noise. 2) This a 2 bedroom unit. We stayed in the queen bedroom. The living room has vaulted ceilings into the bedroom so the ceiling is open. This provides no privacy in the queen room. Not only is there no privacy but it's very loud. Because the TV in the living room is on the wall to the bedroom, it's actually louder in the bedroom than in the living room. 3) I've heard of needing a key to get into a place but to get out??? Most exits from the building take you through the garage which requires you to use the key several times (3 times on the quickest route to the pool). It's quite inconvenient and feels like a safety hazzard. It's a problem with 4 people staying in the condo with only 2 keys. We were constantly having to figure out how to get people to the room and back to the pool. 4) We knew when we booked that it was not centrally located but please be aware that you cannot walk from this unit to anything in Key West other than Smather's Beach. If you've ever been to Key West, you know it's very difficult to park anywhere so take this into consideration. -

My husband and I travelled to Key West with our 3 kids, one is a teen. The penthouse was great. Spacious, clean and awesome location. You can see the ocean and sunrise from the master bedroom.
My only complaint would be that the decor is outdated, but that's my personal opinion and the t.v's are old, so the sound is poor. I think for the money that we spent on this place I should have been blown away. Anyway, the pool is great and right next to the beach.
Loved Key West, a little cold when we went but nonetheless we loved it!! -

The condo is very nice and spacious! The balcony has a great view of the ocean, but it is midway the length of the building, not on the end. We really enjoyed the morning sunrise and had our coffee on the balcony every day! The pool and hot tub area are very large and very nice. Pool was perfect! The beach is about a 5 minute walk and a great spot to watch or participate in beach activities. Although the kitchen is very large, the pots and pans are lacking. The only other negative was that paper products and soaps were not supplied and we were not aware of that ahead of time. Recommend scooters for touring the island and boat rentals for a day on the water.

We had the times of our lives here in Key West, made special by the wonderfull condos we had at Henry's Penthouse and Henry's Piece of Paradise. 10 of us stayed for the Christmas holiday, and have already become repeat stayers...booked again to go this Christmas. Absolutely loved it!

We had so much fun the four days that we stayed in Key West. We rented bicycles and explored all around the island. I have stayed in key west before and it was nice to stay away from all of the noise! The condo was wonderful and the pool and beach were so close! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a great March Break 2011 in Key West at Henry's Piece of Paradise. A very nice condo with large balconey overlooking a beautiful courtyard with a great pool. Deep sea fishing, jet-skiing, sailing, snorkelling, sunbathing, dining...we did it all in Key West. The condo was perfect for us with our 9 yr old son. Lots of room, and all the amenities.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo over the New Year's period and it more than lived up to our expectations, especially with respect to the kitchen provisioning with pots and pans and cups and glasses and appliances, etc. Everything we needed for fine dining and a great vacation was provided.

Our first trip to Key West. The propery was well maintained and the unit had it's own unique flavor. The location is away from the bustle of Duval Street area which is a plus and a minus. Parking near town was a challenge.
The view from the pool deck can't be beat. Residents and guests were very friendly as well. A gas grill setup versus Charcaol would be a nice addition. We would definitely recommend this property. -

What a wonderful experience to stay right on the beach and be able to feel at home instead of a Hotel. Just open up the sliding doors and let the breeze come in while enjoying the feeling of being in a house on the beach. Been there many times and I just love it. Can't wait to go again and it's always hassel free.

Spacious, clean, safe, secure and fun. Nice views, quiet location. Master bath large enough to swim in. Lifesize Pirate hanging in living room and pink applicances added to the fun surprise. Great location if you want to be on the other side of the island, close to the Casa Marina, near the beach.

My friend Patrick liked the pirate in the living room a little too much though.
One thing - do not arrive too early We arrived there around noon. We had to wait a few hours for the owners to clean up and move their things out but their contract does say check in after 4pm. -

Wow, what a nice "Home away from Home," We loved the Condo it was much nicer than any previous stays in Key West. The Condo is so big and clean. Well furnished and it was nice not living out of a suitcase. absolutely love the mornings on the balcony with all the beautiful greenery,very peaceful. The pool and spa is first class.Centrally located a just close enough and just far enough away from all the action. We are coming back asap. Thanks Henry

Nothing better then having all the amenities of home while on vacation. The condo is spacious, clean, and in a great location. Best of all is the pirate which we named Jack Sparrow. Had a Great time and would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in visiting the Keys.

Upon arrival we were checked in and were escorted to our home quickly. The place was beautiful, very clean and fully equiped with everything we needed. We enjoyed the balcony for morning coffee and relaxing drinks in the evening. It was a short distance to all activities and restaurants. We took full advantage of the pool area every day. It was very much enjoyed and we are planning to revisit the pirate soon.
